Amre Supply

Recently we needed a part for our refrigerator. My spouse researched this and found that Amre was the place. We phoned first to ensure that the part we needed was in stock as we live out of town. Today we went to Hamilton Ont to get the part. We were greeted warmly and with enthusiasm. Cheryl H. served us quickly and efficiently. Incredible customer service ! Great shopping experience. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS . I went there to buy some parts for my washer,which due to my own fault were the wrong parts.So not even 1 hour later I tried to return them , I spent $400 btw .Then the awful cashier said "I got to talk to my manager " she returned 5 minutes later and proceeded to tell me that there would be a 25% restocking fee. So they wanted to steal yes steal $100 from me .also they never gave me back my receipt I never returned the parts I kept them.If the owner or the manager would like to make this right please let me know. My name is here I'm sure you know who I am.

First time in. They were very helpful on the phone and in person. Helped me find a part for my old washing and helped me figure out if it would work before I left!. Great service and nice store.

Fast friendly service and great prices! New location looks great and to boot I just happened to come on a day when there was a free BBQ so I got lunch no charge!
