This is related to an online purchase of a pair of Definitive Technology D17 tower speakers which are rather large and heavy items. In addition to the substantial manufacturers packaging, Gibbys went the extra mile by adding another layer of cardboard to protect the sides as well as using heavy duty cardboard edge protectors all of which was secured with nylon straps. I was very impressed. FedEx delivery was also first class.nnOverall, I could not have been more pleased with this transaction. Well done Gibbys!
Received my new tower speakers and atmos speakers quite quickly considering I live all the way on the northwest coast, in a little over a week. Price was spectacular and everything arrived intact. The only thing about the delivery was not Gibbys fault but the delivery service They arrived at my home to deliver 90 pound each tower speakers with no dolly, to see my new purchase being dragged along the ground was a bit concerning. But no damage done.
I have been eyeing a trusted seller who can provide a good service to set up my Dream Home Theater. And Gibbys is a perfect candy land for anyone who is interested in Audio/Video related stuff.nI drove down to their showroom to take a Demo before of the speakersKlipsch RP II before I bought them, Ken & Mike gave me a Demo of the Klipsch with a proper theater setup and I was really blown away by the quality of sound. Right away I made my decision to buy the Speakers and Mike helped me to get a great Discount by working out the prices. I am really happy with the purchase I made from Gibbys and I couldn't recommend them enough for any Audio/Video solutions. Big shoutout to Mike & Ken for the service.
Great customer service. I purchased a home theater receiver. The home theater was brand new and everything was working perfectly. But the new receiver wasn't an upgrade compare to my current receiver. Note that I have very, very finicky ears probably way too much!. I had no trouble returning the new receiver and getting a very quick refund. Thanks!
Ordered a refurbished soundbar Best Buy online. Gibby's fulfilled order and when I received it the remote was not working correctly. Spoke with their online dept and within 2 days received a replacement remote and works great! Want to recognize the exceptional customer service I received to rectify this small issue.
