Built my last PC with ingredients from here. Employees were very helpful when I upgraded from a 7900 XT to XTX and generally always.nnOne time I couldn’t return a malfunctioned PSU which was an open box, should have RMAd it but too lazynnI come here anytime I want to look at PC eye candy

Avoid this location.nnAfter confirming the product is in stock, I made my way there to find that it was sitting on the shelf in damaged condition as shown in the picture. Seal was broken and box was mangled with unknown internal damage.nnInstead of acknowledging the issue, staff insisted on trying to sell a damaged product at the price of a new sealed unit. Did not even offer open box pricing or to order in another unit.nnWalking through the store it becomes apparent that their shelves are often a complete mess, with open box products mixed in with new. Wasted my time due to their poor stock management and offered no apology or solutions.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!nnI purchased a brand new asus keyboard here. The box seems legit and its all sealed and looked good. But when I got home and opened it the item was different. It was an old Dell keyboard taped into a piece of wood to imitate the weight of the genuine Asus keyboard I was intending to buy. I literally flipped out as this has never happened to me with my many purchases at Canada Computers.nnI immediately went back to the store and one of the managers assisted me. They did their investigation and I was told that the item was returned once still sealed and new. They assumed it was tampered by the previous customer. It’s scary that this may happen at such a reputable store. But the good thing was they replaced the item and I got what I was looking to purchase.nnScary experience though. Just make sure you check your items before exiting the store as things like this may happen. Im giving 4 star because they resolved the matter and was prompt to help when I was in the store. I’d still buy here but will be extra careful as things like this can happen.

I purchased a bundle here today. The sales person Mr. Rizwan was really friendly and helped me choose the best package for my purpose. I really loved the customer service here. Highly recommended for your PC needs.
