**Frustrating Experience at Best Buy Heartland Mississauga**nnI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Best Buy Heartland Mississauga location. I came in to place an order and ended up waiting for a ridiculous 45 minutes just to get it done.nnWhile I was waiting, the LG sales rep who sold me the TV tried multiple times to get a staff member to help. Unfortunately, only one person showed up after several attempts. To make matters worse, this staff member then redirected the person who finally showed up to assist someone who had just arrived!nnUltimately, I ended up not buying the TV at all. This level of service is simply pathetic. It's unacceptable to leave customers waiting for such an extended period, especially when there's a clear need for more staff on the floor. Best Buy needs to seriously improve their customer service if they want to keep their customers. When I visited recently, there were only a limited variety of JBL and Sony headphones in stock and close to none for testing. While they excel in most tech categories, they should also setup up a dedicated section for desktop hardware components like motherboards and graphic cards.

The manager, Rita, was rude and had a negative attitude towards customers. Additionally, a staff member named Ishvinder told me to pick up the items I wanted and bring them to the counter myself, despite my request for help with a heavy sound system. He claimed they were short-staffed. I have never encountered such poor service at other Best Buy locations. This store has the worst staff, and I won't be returning. I highly recommend choosing a different location instead.
