The Source

The supposedly “district manager” Gaurav is honestly a complete jerk. Walked in with a suit that barely fit and acted as if he was the boss of the company. Did not provide customer service at all. I asked him a question and without looking up from his phone, tells me to ask someone else. Rude and acted as if I didn’t exist. Remember where you started “district manager”. Next person who helped me was named Steve. He was okay, but he seriously smelled like he hadn’t showered for weeks. What kind of customer service does The Source provide?

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. They sold me a defected returned item and when I asked for an exchange they weren’t even apologetic and was unwilling to ship a new one to my house. I will definitely not return to any source stores.

To Steve, the rep who failed at helping me: I don’t care if you are just the “stock guy”, if you work at the store and wear a The Source uniform, the least you can do is try to help or find me someone who can. Don’t just say you only do stock and then walk off.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Took 10 minutes before I had to ask someone about a product, which they didn't have by the way. Rep didn't even say a word, just shook his head. Could have asked about another similar product and didn't even try to sell something else, instead felt it more important to chat with his co workers.

went in the summer to get headphones exchanged the manager tries to trick me by giving me an already opened box . and then when i object he tells me "customer used it for 1 second only" HELLO if i bought a pair opened it right in front of your face and said i dont like it would you take it back ? dont lie to me. i will be back just for fun to get another replacement from this location just to piss the manager off. see you soon :)
