Bought a new Sony XR65X90J delivered to London. Product came in factory sealed box, undamaged, perfect condition. Delivery was on-time, as promised. Mostly important, the price was $1399, lowest I could find after checking about 10 retailers. Tele City was wonderful, excellent purchase experience, highly recommended, should be on everyone's call list considering consumer electronics.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I found their website while looking for a new TV and reached out by email. Sunny responded quickly and we emailed back and forth several times. We also had a phone conversation to firm everything up. The customer service is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The prices are very very good. By far the cheapest I could find. the deal he gave me on the Samsung TV was so good part of me thought it was a scam. They delivered the TV the same day I ordered it and I paid by credit card when it was delivered. I cant remember the gentleman's name that delivered it, but he was very nice and even offered to help hang the TV. All around great service and will look them up when I am looking for more electronics. Thank You!

Was back and forth for a long time over a year on which TV to buy, Sunny helped answer a ton of questions and eventually I purchased a 65” A95K + the Sony slim wall mount. Delivery was also really easy. Best prices, great service - you can’t go wrong.

I had excellent purchase experience at Tele City when I bought my new OLED TV recently! The Owner - Mr. Sunny - is very knowledgeable and gave me very good advice about the latest tech on TVs, which would meet my needs most appropriately. On top of it, there was no delivery charge and their delivery person was extremely polite and helpful in un-boxing the TV for us! Overall, it was a wonderful choice.. and I strongly recommend Tele City to everyone for their electronics.

Mark was outstanding, helping me with big Boxing Day TV purchase, amazing down to earth communication and easy to access for delivery timings and details. Their recommended installer was awesome and reasonably priced too! And the TV is out standing! Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend these fine folks… you won’t get this quality customer treatment at a big box store!

Payment paid via CC right from the comfort of my home. No advance payment....wowwww. I dealt with Sunny, he is great and easy to communicate with.

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.Sunny the sales rep is a scam artist. He lies about prices and policies. He’s very tricky with his words so don’t be fooled and regret it later. We wanted to buy a speaker from this store and he kept changing the price of it throughout the entire process. He is scared to tell customers the full truth about their company policies. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices here. Pay extra and get a peace of mind else where. Do not believe anything Sunny says!!!

This store provides the best prices, great service and free delivery in the GTA. What any easy decision to shop here. I am an home theatre geek and used my knowledge to test the honesty of Tele City staff and their recommendations were exactly what I would have chosen. My family will now shop here.
