2001 Audio Video

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly here. Sandro in particular was super helpful in giving me a great deal on my purchase! Would recommend to visit :) though you may want to do some research first on what you're looking for because 2001s regular prices tend to be higher than usual.

These guys are awesome.....I've been dealing with them at this location and some of their other locations for the past 20 years...They are straight up no doubt!!!! So after 3 car systems, 4 cameras, 6 tv's and 2 stereo systems....well they must be good at what they do.....and believe me I don't have a vested interest here, just happy with how I've been treated.....I have referred a half dozen people to go get serviced here...so when I see a few 1 stars on these guys.....I don't get it....they want you to shop there and they want your money.....believe that! And remember you get what you pay for, oldest saying in the book but a true one!!! Good jobs guys, and don't let the 1 stars get to you....jez your company has only been around for what, say 35-40 years......enough said !!! Take care..

Real poor customer service provided by a gentleman named zack and someone else on the phone. Asked calling about a 3.5 mm cable, one person says we have it, I drove out to get it, and the other guy says no we don’t carry it. Both times the answers were rushed and I felt they put no thought to it. Be a little more courteous before you tell someone to drive and come get it. They got no respect or empathy there. Just felt a real arrogant attitude.

The selection is great. Do your homework and then go to this place. Otherwise, bad customer service, arrogant staff. I was ready to buy and walked out. There is Amazon now. Canadians don't have to deal with garbage like this anymore. The owner is more arrogant than the sales staff. The sales person wasn't even ready to turn the demo on. Good luck.

Bad experience at this store. the manager just does not want to give me back the money from a car radio I buy there $189.00 . he wants me to exchange another stereo for 900 + tax. I went to brampton store. The manager was a nice person he don't even make a question.
