So a lot of people are coming to co-op here in Forest lawn because on Google it says that they're open until 10:00 It does advise stores hours may differ because of Christmas Eve however their hours should be updated just like everybody else is required to do so specifically if you're not the person that comes to co-op every day or every other day how would you know the exact time they close to be able to manage your time correctly they have a little sign outside the door that tells you but I don't come here that often I'm very disappointed I had a busy day and I needed some grub for at home. Thanks a lot co-op you could have just updated your store hours and I would have gone in a different direction.
Co-op is the best place to get fresh produce at the best prices in Calgary. They have Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are always there to welcome and help you with anything you need. Let Forest Lawn Co-op be your stress reliever this holiday or birthday.
It's winter and I didn't have the best grip on my shoes I guess... but I fell at the entrance and all my sauce jars broke. I went back in and they replaced all my damaged products, the manager Darryl was so kind and apologetic and had the front entrance swept up right away in case it was slippery. I think it was my own shoes though. I was super embarrassed. But they were all so kind. Thank you for not making a bad situation worse and helping a girl out. Groceries are expensive these days and I was a bit stressed about it all.
Prices are ridiculous here. $10 more per kilo at co-op than at superstore for the exact same cut of salmon. I can’t justify that. Produce is rarely fresh and shelves and stock seems oddly limited. I hear people commenting about it while I’m shopping how they can never find what they need or what’s available is simply not good. Going through self checkout you think would be faster but the staff just wander around and talk with each other instead of tending the tills that need it. I wish I didn’t have to shop here
Today I had the misfortune of encountering the manager named Frances at the coop store, and let me tell you, they were beyond rude. Their attitude was downright disrespectful and unacceptable.over a question i asked about a bread. I have been shopping coop for over 35 yearsI've never felt so demeaned and unvalued as a customer. It's clear that they have zero regard for customer service or basic decency and started rolling there eyes behind my back as soon as I turned. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague until they sort out their management issues.
