Real Canadian Superstore

It's Superstore. Now I always have mixed feelings about this place. From one perspective; if you want it, they probably have it. I enjoy finding so many delightful surprises at this place and the prices are the best about. From another... well sometimes it's like getting into a mosh pit with the great unwashed. Lines are typically very long so expect to take 15 more minutes once you get to the checkout lines. If you want a classier shopping experience, go to Safeway. If you want to find some exotic treats at the best price, go here - just suit up with your elbow pads first.

Love this store. Very affordable and they even have expanded their imported items menu in the freezer. Not a lot of reason to go to TNT anymore. 👍 ome stop shop.

Clean and well stocked. Good prices, but keep an eye on the ticket, you might have to buy more than one item to get the discount. I just hate the vulture-like staff around the produce section that try to sign people up for credit cards.

Really REALLY good prices! Surprised by the deals on single and or items bought by more than 1. AND - with the liquor store right outside with specials every Wednesday to Sunday... Why shop anywhere else?

The store made a mistake in the price of some bakery products and I went to their customer service to get refund. I told the staff that I could've used PC points but didn't do so because of the error in the price. Now that she was doing the refund, whether she could also redeem 20,000 PC points and take $20 off the bill. She blatantly turned me away and said that she was too busy and unwilling to do so. She arrogantly circled a website at the bottom of the receipt and said if I wasn't happy, I could fill out an online survey. I've never experienced such poor customer service so I did fill out the online survey, telling my story and left my contact information. By the end of the survey, there was a message that someone will contact me within 7 business days. Well, 10 business days have passed and I got no reply from them at all! Now I understand why the woman from the customer service was so fearlessly rude. Their customer care is rotten all the way from top to bottom. Fellow Canadians, this is not a "real Canadian" store and I'm calling to boycott visiting the store until they can make it better.
