Real Canadian Superstore

I normally liked shopping here but went to shop recently and they had EXCESSIVE loud music/songs being played which triggered my migraine even more. I mean its a supermarket, not a concert place. Why would you have such loud music being played??!! People come here to do groceries that should be done in peace! Please respect your customers!

Very good place to shop. Only unfortunate thing happened today is, they refuse to Price match even though I showed online Walmart flyer. It was 9:50 pm couldn't get chance to go to Walmart. As per my understanding price match should be done regardless if I have paper flyer or online, could be possible that I am wrong.nRest staff is polite and nice

The cashier service was terrible! Cashier name is BASSEM or MUSTAPHA H. Date and time of the transaction 8/12/2025 17:52. I had to wait in line for so long because she was too busy chatting with a customer for personal issues. Finally when she started scanning my items i notified her that one item has two different prices mentioned but when she scanned the item2 in total one gave a higher price and one lower. So i asked her why two different prices for the same item, her response was with an attitude i don't know. Then later she replied it's limit 1 per transaction. I had taken a picture of the price and showed her that pictureit does not say any limit. Then she replied it's a dead battery. So the price didn't change. She didn't even asked for my pc points card and no deal of the week was offered. When I asked for a manager. The manager said the same thing that it's a limit 1 per transaction. Once I got home and looked at the receipt, it does not mention anything about a limit, also I was charged the higher price, so limit 1 per transaction rule wasn't even applied. I have no problem and surely can pay for it at a regular price. But it's about how the cashier's attitude was towards me. When i told her to fix the price, her response was it doesn't concern me. Absolutely terrible service. I will never go to that location again

Shopped at this location recently. My mother had an allergic reaction while we were in the store. We rushed to the pharmacy to buy some meds. The 3 pharmacy workers ignored us. Then one finally came and told me I would have to go to the front of the store to pay for it. Finally he agreed to ring it up there. We then went to check out with what was in our cart and the self check out was very finicky. Even the man next to us was having issues and having to call the attendant constantly. It took us more time when we were just trying to rush out of the store. I feel very disappointed in this location

Place has terrible customer service, bathrooms are always a disgusting mess and one time I had to actually buy toilet paper in the store to actually use their toilet! Totally unacceptable! Plus: always has rotting food in the shelf! How does it make sense for an employee to just load mouldy cheese on a shelf for people to buy? No common sense here — just greed and complete disregard for hygiene and basic grocery store standards!
