I eat here often. Great prices and good food. Nice staff as well.

Another place where “food poor” Canadians eat. How come my soup is served cold and the chicken breast is like a “brick” and there is so much unsold food at 2;00 pm yet gets a 4 star review? Sure the food is overpriced. Because you are paying for all the Disney land setups and decor. Plus the downtown rent. In all I spent $15 yet left with hunger and frustration. My chicken was so dry that I cut it into pieces and soaked it in the soup ( and let it overnight in my office fridge) The guy who served was friendly but I am not here to see “smiles” of that is all what Canadians want. I want “food” Is it me or is it Canada? No taste, no freshness , no cooking skills , just tossing things with salt and paper. I think I don’t understand the concept of deli? But I have eaten at the Safeway on crowchild all the three times was a very good experience. Somebody wrote “top notch” is this what you call “top notch”? Top notch of what? Calgary or 2nd st sw? Never travelled?

Staff is incredible and put a smile on my face every morning when I go to get my breakfast and on the days I get my lunch! Pizzas are great and so is the food in general! I always feel like royalty when I go there - love it!!!

Love Sunterra!! Their southwestern eggs are to die for. All staff are so friendly and their food is top notch.

I really loved Sunterra market and its salad bar, but this Monday I got FOOD POISONING. I've been several times in the past 2 years. This Monday lunch hour I went to Sunterra Bankers Hall after my lunch hour workout. I arrived around 1:10 and got a salad from the salad bar and a Ranch dressing on the side. The ranch dressing was sitting on ice when I poured it into my container. I ended up getting food poisoning in the afternoon and became very sick. I didn't have any thing else to eat that afternoon beside the salad I had at lunch. My concern is that the ranch dressing, although amazing in terms of taste, had been sitting out on ice since the beginning of the lunch hour and had gone bad and made me sick because of that. I don't think the food safety is Sunterra's top priority during the lunch hour. Will avoid for now on
