Was greeted upon walking in and was offered to choose between inside vs. Outside/patio seat. We chose the inside seat because i do not like the sun. The seats were comfortable and table was clean. The waiter introduced himself within 2 minutes of us sitting down.nnI ordered the fish taco substituted chips with truffle fries and my friend ordered the crispy tofu dish. I thought the truffle fries will replace the chips completely. However the staff was generous and gave me both. Both the fish taco and crispy tofu has a mild kick of spiciness to it - making them an interesting and tasty dish.
Enjoyed happy hour with the family! Great deal with dishes priced around 15–18. I had a Bolognese pasta, and the girls had a crunchy prawn roll and chicken strips with fries. We also ordered a Mediterranean bowl and chicken rings, all very tasty. Friendly atmosphere and excellent service.
One of the best Cactus Club locations I’ve been to, honestly had a really good experience here. The hosts were super nice and welcoming right from the start, which made a great first impression and instantly lifted our mood even before we sat down. You can really feel the difference when the greeting is that warm. The overall vibe of the place is amazing, nice lighting, cozy atmosphere and just a perfect spot to enjoy a good meal. I usually go to the Canada Place location a lot, but this time I would actually choose this one over that because the experience felt better overall. The food tasted really good, everything was well presented and full of flavor, and the drinks were also refreshing and nicely made. Service throughout was smooth and attentive without being too much, which I really liked. Overall, a really solid experience and definitely a location I’d come back to again.
We had a fantastic dinner at Cactus Club Station Square on May 4, largely thanks to our server, Carman K. She provided some of the best service we’ve had in a long time—fast, attentive, and incredibly observant.nnServing is a tough job, but Carman made it look easy. She was incredibly prompt with our menu questions regarding allergies and spice, adjusted the patio blinds the moment she saw the sun in my eyes, and took the time to speak directly to our 12-year-old daughter to see how she liked her meal. Her empathy and customer service were outstanding.nnAs frequent diners who hadn't been back since late last year, we did notice a few changes to the food. The Steak Frites didn't seem to have the usual crispy 'shoestring' style fries we remembered, and the calamari had a much stronger spicy kick than before, meaning our kids couldn't eat it this time around.nnOverall, Carman provided incredible service. Carman represents Cactus Club's brand incredibly well and we wanted to make sure her hard work was recognized by head office. Please pass our thanks along to her and the local management.
Outstanding Experience Thanks to Keyan!nOur visit to Cactus Club Cafe was nothing short of exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to Keyan. From the moment we were seated, Keyan took incredible care of us with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and an outstanding personality that made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. He anticipated our needs, checked in at just the right moments, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect, true top-tier service.nThe food was just as impressive. Our steaks were cooked exactly right, perfectly seasoned and done to perfection, just as we asked. The mashed potatoes were unbelievably smooth, creamy, and flawlessly cooked, clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. Every bite was delicious.nnBetween the exceptional food and Keyan’s outstanding service, this was a great dining experience. Huge kudos to the kitchen and especially to Keyan, who elevated the entire evening. We’ll absolutely be back and will definitely be asking for him again!
