It’s rare that we do “all you can eat” but it was a special occasion today. Really like the concept of bbq and hot pot at the same time. Clean, well branded and managed store. The menu can be a little confusing but please ask for assistance. Different soup base was a plus and service to your table is efficient and timely. Tons to choose from in terms of both hot pot and bbq. The fish and veggies was really fresh as well. For the price I think this beats out most of the other buffet hot pots. Would definitely come back!
It was my first time trying big way, and I'd say yeah the hype is worth it. They have widely customizable bowls and the soup flavour is soaked into the ingredients you add in. You get free ice cream too at the end which is awesome. And, if you come at happy hour you'll receive free drinks as well.nnOverall, 5/5 experience. I always love a good self serve place.
One of my favourite hot pot places in the country.nnHaving experienced probably over a hundred hot pots, I enjoy the lack of compromise and negotiation and blackjack-counting-cards type attention required to locate ingredients you've successfully put in a broth ... instead here, what you pick is what you eat. And the broth you want. Load up on BBQ sauce, garlic, and green onions and cilantro to your heart's content on the side.nnJust love the concept, so much easier.nnThe soft serve ice cream cone at the end is always so very welcome. The only way I could see improving this place is providing a raw egg to go with my BBQ XO sauce.nnIt's a busy place during peak meal times ... so I always aim for non peak times. No need to wait in line.
Great selection of items for hotpot. They can also accommodate children with highchairs. Oddly they have two locations within the same block, so I would confirm with friends which one you are meeting up at. You weigh your food at the front and the servers drop it off when it's ready. They were quick and efficient.
First time having hot pot and was in town for a business meeting. Came here at midnight and loved the food - great price, quality meat/veg/noodle selection, and loved the sauce station. Picked up a matcha as well, loved it all! 10/10
