Nice option, especially for lunch. If you come on a weekday their happy hour includes a free drink with your meal. Ice cream is also included and changed daily. This place is great for light eaters as you don't need to pressure yourself to get a lot although it's tempting and a great opportunity to try new ingredients you might not be as familiar with. I paid around the $20 mark and had leftovers so I'd say it was a good amount of food and left satisfied. Service was good and staff were friendly.nnThe broths we had were good, I had the tomato broth and my friend ordered the special broth  green curry which was solid. I look forward to coming back to try some of their other options. I don't think you can go overly wrong with the contents depending on your preference.

The food was excellent,  just a bit too crowded, so I was always afraid my food would drop to the ground as the dining table was very small. I enjoyed their complimentary ice cream. My friend and I each spent around $50 per person. I liked how individualistic it is. The staff were running off of their feet, and there was always a line up by the door. So make a reservation if you want to come. Plenty of paid street parking nearby.

I had an especially great experience. Although the wait time was quite long and the waiting area was a bit cramped, the staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent.nIt’s a self-serve style where you select your ingredients, and the price is based on weight.nI recommend trying their signature spicy hotpot broth—it’s mildly spicy and suitable even for those who don’t usually eat spicy food.

1st time coming to this location and 2nd time to Big Way Hot Pot. My wife and her friend asked me to joing them here for lunch at 12:45pm on Tuesday,  Feb 11th. This location is very small compared to the new Landmark location in New Westminster. I will be comparing my experience base on these 2 locations:nn1. I felt very cramped and squishy heren2. The cashier helping us had below average customer service.  Doesn't smile, not very helpful and didn't ask us if we wanted to add toppings or what drink we want. Nobody was behind us waiting yet he felt rushed.n3. Sauce station was super cramped, only 1 person could get sauce at a time.n4. The food was great  , especially the black tea ice cream cone at the end.n5. Servers were happy and nice which made the experience better.n6. My wife decided not to tip at all.....because of the cashier's poor service. So the bill came to $54 for 3 of us.nnWould I come back here again? Yes, because this location is convenient and my wife and kids like it here. She told me the cashier isn't usually this bad. I will believe her.

Great food: We got the collagen bone broth and Tomato Mala Dry Mix. We like that we can pick what we like. The Matcha Ice Cream is included and good too.nnOK Service: There is an online queuing system. When it was our turn to check in, we had five minutes to do so. We talked to two staff and they said to just wait. During that time our check in expired but someone let us in to select our food.nnGood Atmosphere: very busy location. When it’s busy, customers stand to wait for a table to free up.
