Story

Our menu features new Cactus classics designed by executive chef Rob Feenie including our Chicken Crunch Burger, Beach Burger, Veggie Burger, Tenders and Fries, and Fish Taco which can be perfectly paired with chips and salsa, guacamole or yam and regular fries.

We're open daily from 12-5 and even later on busy days!

Food is decent. TBH, I don’t want to judge Canadian food based on our one night stay. Worth trying. However, we were confused to be told the restaurant was overbooked and we had to sit on the patio with some tables open in the dining room. Obviously, Canada is a little different from the States in some aspects. Interesting.
What a fantastic place! Fun, relaxed, great food and drinks. The view of the bay from the upper floor is breathtaking, even at night time.nWe had two shareable appetizers: carpaccio and tuna stack. Both delicious, different and refreshing.nTo drink: sauv blanch and riesling. Wonderful!nnI believe our server was Melissa ?. She was fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly.nnSo far, this is our second Cactus Club visit first one in Toronto. It will definitely not be our last!!
Great place to eat with a nice view. I sat at the bar, but spent some time on the patio overlooking the beach. Be sure to either make a reservation or come early and expect a bit of a wait for a seat.nnThe food was delicious. Chicken chipotle tacos had delicious toppings, the chips were crispy, and the kale salad was great. I would order extra dressing. The bar was really busy so you have to make sure you’re able to get the bar staffs attention. Overall I would come back with friends and family to share the experience.nnThey also serve a proper old fashioned. This is a huge plus.
This a beautiful place in a prime location downtown Vancouver. The patio is an excellent spot for enjoying the ocean view and people watching during the summer. The food is also very good. They presently have a late evening happy hour from 10 pm so choose from the happy hour menu if you happen to be there after 10.
We booked table for Friday night for my husband’s birthday…. They were able to give us a patio table overlooking the beach.nnOur server was friendly and made sure our order was correct and made sure to get us birthday special cheesecake which tasted heavenly..nnFor food we ordered truffle fries, blackened creole chicken, burger and teriyaki bowl..ntheir portion sizes are filling and everything was cooked to perfection.nnEnglish bay location is one of my go to places to celebrate any special occasions, its location makes it more special.nnIf you are looking to go there just make reservations so you don’t have to wait long.
