Was in St. John’s for 3 days and needed an oil change and rotation on my new truck. Called ahead and in addition to sorting how to get one lined up I also received some bang up recommendations on things to do in town. On arrival the service team was very helpful and communicative. The truck was serviced in short order….thanks to the crew for getting it done.

This is my first review. Buying a new vehicle here was a first class experience. Special thanks to Mr. Derrick Whitten who made the process so much easier and lot more enjoyable than I would have imagined. Thanks also to Leah for her professionalism and good ideas. I was driving through St John’s for only a day and a half. They were busy but made time to take a look at my vehicle and had it fixed quickly. I can’t thank you and your team enough for making this repair happen.

Not a big fan of chevy any more die to the decline of the quality but this dealership has good sale persons. The garage part not so good. I know of alot of problems. If your car is 5 years or older there not to kind with it. They don't like fixing sunroofs seen that with 2 cars and watch out when they replace a air bags in dash. They destroys the dash in every vehicle and don't fix or tell the customer.

My wife & I booked our SUV's in at Hickman Chevrolet to have our on rim Winter tires removed & our on rims Summer tires installed. The staff were very friendly & professional.  Hickman Chevrolet will even store our Winter tires till next season for a fee. This is very convenient for us as we live in a condo & have limited space to store our tires. We highly recommend Hickman Chevrolet for all your Service needs. Go check them out!

Service was great, they managed to get me in without an appointment as I only required a software update. I was escorted to a comfortable waiting area and while I enjoyed free wifi, coffee and a muffin my truck was done and waiting for me. They even text me to give me opportunity to ask questions and they did reply in timely fashion. Good job everyone. I will be back!

Although I love my vehicle, if I had my time back I never would have purchased from this dealership. Customer service is terrible! I guess the vehicles sell themselves and there is no longer a need for good service after that point. Will never buy from here again.
