We brought our dog in for a serious brain injury and we were triaged quickly. The front desk was responsive and the doctor was very kind and thorough. The doctor provided us with several treatment and price options, and went out of her way to make us and our dog comfortable while we were in observation for the night. Grateful for the professionalism and attention to detail the doctor had for our little family member.

my Bruce suffered an extensive bite wound and we rushed to the DMV. The front desk staff is compassionate, quick and responsive. The vet and techs were exceptional during his hospitalization & he was sent home in a couple of days. It is also very nice that they let you come visit your dog during the evening if they have to stay another night and you need some reassurance. So grateful and appreciative to the staff and services. Bruce is healing well & will be back to normal in a couple of weeks. Thank you for saving my sweet boy

Avoid this clinic, go to them if it's your only and last option. They are racketeers. For them, the first concern is making money at the expense of our emotions towards our pets.nnWe paid a $150 emergency fee and waited 3 hours to be admitted. They then made us a quote of about $3000 based on a lot of typing on the computer and questions without even taking our dog's temperature or giving him an exam. We left relieved with more than $600 for 2 injections and 10 pills, no diagnosis, begging us to come back tomorrow because our dog is very sick. The dog is going good.

It is horrible and very sad that they play with the life and health of our pets. Knowing how important they are to us and that we would do anything for our animals. I took my dog ​​on Thursday night because 8 days ago he had eaten garbage and apart from the signs of indigestion he had had episodes for 3 days where he opened his legs and fell to the floor quickly, for which we took him to the emergency room. When the doctor saw him, she informed us that she would send him pain medication. I asked her if it was anti-inflammatory or something, she told me no, that it was only for pain. She suggested many tests because she didn't know the cause of his falls. and I couldn't determine it either. At that time they couldn't do the ultrasound because the specialist wasn't there, for which we had to take him again the next morning. We got home, we gave the pill as instructed, the next day we took him for his examination with the big surprise that they were going to charge us for another consultation again. The night before we had paid $340 for just the consultation and the pasta and again they wanted us to pay for another new consultation, which made me totally distrust the place and its professional ethics, it was very evident that they only cared about the money factor and not really the health of my dog, for this reason I decide not to treat him there or do the thousand tests that according to the professional he should do and that would cost more than 1,500 CAD. With the great surprise that upon seeing another veterinarian he told me that the medication ordered for my dog ​​is for epilepsy and chronic pain, it seems IRRESPONSIBILITY to me, that the doctor sent this medication without having had prior examinations, in addition to what happened to my dog. It was an acute pain to treat at the time, not a chronic one to treat for his entire life, the medication that the doctor ordered can affect the kidneys, which is why it seems very IRRESPONSIBLE of him to send medications without knowing how the dog is really doing inside. , I paid for a consultation and some pasta that was of no use at all, this is a SCAM, they play with other people's pain and the concern that one feels for their pets. Zero professionals, zero empaths, zero humans, they are only interested in money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

From the moment I arrived, they quickly triaged him and were incredibly calm and patient, which helped ease my worries in such a stressful situation.
