I needed a new battery for my vintage MacBook Pro and after spending several. Frustrating weeks dealing with another computer store in town, decided to call Byte. They were able to source the battery in a few days and replace it while I waited - 10 minutes in total. Great friendly service. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. Took my computer in for repairs late on a Friday afternoon. They took a quick look at it, ran a test, then ordered in the replacement part, returned my computer to me and said they'd call when the part was in. When the part was in, I took my computer in around 9 AM, and got a call at 1 PM saying it was ready to go. Best repair experience I've ever had!

I brought in my MacBook Pro as it was crashing and wouldn't boot. I'd tried everything I could think of (I used to work for an Apple Reseller) and when all of that failed it was recommended to me by Aitan at MacZen to take the machine to Clayton at Byte to get things sorted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Clayton communicated well with me throughout the whole process, isolated the problem, and really took care of me and my machine (which is the primary resource I use for my livelihood). Great work! I'll be back if I ever need work done again.

I was updating my 7 year old MacBook Pro with an SSD drive. Matt gave me the best quote in terms of price, timing and details. (I asked 4 companies). The work was done on time and as per the quote, including updating the O/S and moving all my apps and data over. MacBook performs like new. I'm happy to recommend this firm to anyone.
