Sat at the drive thru speaker for 25 minutes thinking the drive thru was backed up. When nobody came to the speaker and a line of cars behind me, I decided to pull forward to the window and I saw there were no cars in front of me. I immediately left and spent my money elsewhere. I called the manager and told them what happened. They said they were sorry. They have the worst customer service period. Unorganized, don't pay attention at all. Don't mind waiting 15 minutes but 25 for "fast food"? No thanks. This happened on 11/08/2022. Staff flat out sucks!
I'm done with the hollow apologies for; 1 cold fries 2 getting home and there are no nuggets. 3 the drive up window is filthy. 4 the frozen drink machine is broken. 5 hamburger did not have the grilled flavor which brought to mind...no grilled smoke coming from vents that you can usually smell and see from down the street. 6 getting trapped in a line that is not moving! No more apologies or telling me your giving me the nuggets for free "Next time I visit", when I already payed for them. Then, my grandchilds face when they asked me where their nuggets were? With all the poor reviews, I would think Upper Management would pay a long visit and get fired up, roll up their sleeves and fix the existing problem, ASAP! Yes, I know, employee hourly wages went up, along with the price of food but so did your prices. Corrective action is requested! I will follow-up in a month, yes, to see and smell the smoke from the grill, a clean drive thru, a happy face at the spotlessly clean window and then drive away pulling hot fries out of the bag, sipping on my frozen drink! I look forward to sharing a 5 star review...next time!
Food tasted weird. Burgers looked like they were drop kicked. Buns were stale. They forgot our sauces. I brought this up to someone at the counter and she looked at me like I was crazy. Looks like it's ran by lousy teenagers. Don't come here.
For a place that looks like it’s staffed solely with tweakers they move slow as hell. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive through i gave up and went inside to find them Having conversations amongst themselves and their friends in the restaurant while people wait even just to place an order.
Spanish speaking kitchen crew was yelling the entire time. Yelling so loud even the cashier staff was uncomfortable. The atmosphere was very stressful just to dine in... Not coming back.Food: 2/5
If I could do less than one star I would. The last two times I have been there the food has been absolutely disgusting. I will never be visiting this location again. Hands down the WORST Burger King I have been too.
Service was not good. And front register employee was sitting on the counter taking pictures of herself.Food: 3/5
They're obviously struggling to find help. We had a few really rough visits. But I'm BK diehard and my 11 yr old hasn't fallen far from the tree. Last time was almost perfect. my condiments were all on one side of my texas double whopper. But still a well executed burger. I order mine OTB which stands for "off the broiler" meaning no steamer no microwave.try it. I find the flavor much fresher that way. and they nailed it.Okay maybe a little more onion. The fries were hot and service was really smooth. They've been getting it back together in the last few weeks.
Wow! Where to Start, first if you’re on a diet perfect fir you the burger : buns was a fiction of what it use to be i through i had gotten a child’s meal I had a 2 for one double cheeseburger I think they split one burger to make one … very disappointed I hope the cows know about this, because human don’t care about this treatment .. Where is the beef?
Service always takes forever and my order has never been correct. As a day guy Burger King has always been a favorite of mine but this one is really bad.
