Chipotle Mexican Grill

The smallest, coldest least enjoyable burrito I’ve ever had and missing almost every option I added Incredibly disappointed in chipotle on this one. I ordered a burrito through Uber eats and I received a miniature wrap. Complete trash. Would not recommend at all when there’s so many other good actual Mexican restaurants in Bend

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I have lived right next to this chipotle & have been eating here roughly 3 times a week for the last 5 years. I obviously keep coming back because when stocked and prepared, I love this for dinner. With that said, I am officially DONE going to this location. I’ll drive to north location instead of walk down the street to this Chipotle. Bottom line is; whoever is in charge of prep and ordering needs to be fired. There is obviously a larger demand and ration for certain ingredients than the prep/manager has been estimating for. It’s a guarantee that they will be out of 2-4 items after 5pm every single night. DO NOT only bring cash either because they don’t have change for you about 25% of the time. Main items they are out of is dressing & lettuce. They will also frequently be empty onwait 30 min chicken, white rice, & veggies. They also never tell you in advance what they are out of. With that as you are ordering they continue to tell you about items they are out of while the consumer then feels guilty ending order halfway, so he/she continues to finish and pay unsatisfied with lack of order. I’m not exaggerating, this is my first review ever & this is the MO of this establishment the last 5 years. I worked in customer service whole life & this business takes the cake on not having main ingredients which is crucial to a “fast food” business. I suggest you save your money, sanity, & time & go ANYWHERE else.

We ordered Chipotle catering for our small wedding 23 people. Honestly their catering was way better than their normal food. Everyone was raving about how good it was! It was also pretty affordable for what we got/wanted. Would totally recommend for others.

First time EVER trying this chain. Boy, do I regret it. It is literally the smallest burrito I have ever seen in my life. Almost a big street taco compared to a real burrito. How has this chain become so huge? People watching their caloric intake who actually want tiny portions? I always eat from local joints. Occasionally I will try one of these chains. Sometimes, in the case of Five Guys, it's way better than your average chain eatery. And sometimes, it's Chipotle.

I order online and head for home trying not to eat all the chips and guacamole on the way! Love the bowls, my go to quick and yummy dinner!Food: 5/5

I ordered 2 Garlic burritos and the Garlic steak was tough on both sandwiches. I always et here and its always been good until now.

I support all new employees training, however, if my burrito gets destroyed in the process please offer to make a new one. Myself and two people behind me watched in horror as my burrito was torn and squished out the sides while trying to roll it. Manager came over to help by dumping the contents on a cold tortilla and letting the new guy try again. A tight burrito roll is half the experience of a good burrito. Left Chipotle sad and out $10.

As simply as I can put it: don't bother! The cost/value ratio is completely off. The burrito was about the size of a small cell phone. It was also missing most of the trimmings besides the flavorless meat. Better go to Tacos Pihuamo.

I placed an order through the Chipotle app for delivery. After 45 minutes, I got a text stating that they canceled my order. No explanation whatsoever. I tried calling, no answer, left a message and no response. I contacted Chipotle through their app and at first they said they didn't know why it was canceled and to call the store. Gee thanks genius, already tried that with no response. The next person said the Door dash driver canceled it, and they can't control what DD does. I didn't order through DD but I understand DD is their delivery partner. However because DD is their partner, they ARE responsible for their failure. So sick and tired of companies not taking accountability and pointing the finger. So apparently my order just sat there and was thrown away? No one could call and say 'hey there was an issue with the driver, would you mind coming to pick up your order?' I would have done that. Instead I got a bunch of lip service and finger pointing. Won't be going back, and I've been going to Chipotle since they started in Denver 20 something years ago.

As soon as I started my order I was asked what I wanted and was interrupted every time I was stating my order. They skimped on every scoop and rushed me out the door I didn't get all the items I wanted. When I asked for a side of the hot sauce the lady made a cup of sauce and threw the sauce on top of my order. Why? lol I do hope the customer service improves here and talks to their other locations Nationwide to compare their portion sizes, why do they pour so little? I have barely any rice, beans, cheese and meat. But I have plenty lettuce You hope the bowl doesn't look half eaten by the time they are done preparing it lol meaning it looks empty customers pay money for their food. It is not free. Please have this looked into. Thank you.
