First experience here and last. Ordered online for curbside pick up because my daughter wasn’t feeling well. Younger girl brought out my food and informed me they don’t do curbside pick up and she just figured she should bring it out since it was still sitting there. She informed me that they have a hard time finding which car it goes to so they don’t do it. Mind you I’m in 1 of 2 curbside pickup parking spots and not one other person is in the parking area. I checked the food to see what was in each bag and that’s when I realized all 3 sandwiches were extremely burnt. I walked in to speak to someone and no one was around. 1 couple was sitting at a table waiting but that was it. I went home and called to speak to a manager. Lady on the phone says she’s a supervisor and could possibly help me. I explained the situation and asked for a refund of the sandwiches. She stated she could have them remade or give me credit for next time. I said no thanks and unfortunately there won’t be a next time. She then took my first name and phone number for the manager to call tomorrow morning because she can’t access the computer so she doesn’t know if a refund is possible.
Bre was the best server we have had in years. She went above and beyond to make our lunch the best one ever. Food was pretty good, and the portion sizes were perfect. They were understaffed and packed, but the wait was reasonable. Kid-friendliness: Bre brought out our one year olds food ahead of time so we could enjoy our meal when the food was ready.
There was a long wait due to staffing issues but we were very understanding. The staff that was there was incredibly friendly and did everything they could to make our trip worth while. The food was delicious as always.Food: 5/5
Food was good! Service was also good. It seemed like they had either a shortage of help, or maybe some new cooks in the back because the food took some time to get to the table but it was delicious once we got it.Food: 5/5
There wasn't any other tables occupied at the lunch hour, which surprised us. But we thought it might be understandable, since it's mostly a breakfast place. However, the quality of our food was very substandard, so then we understood why no one was there. Tiny bacon, tiny dry chicken strips, cold syrup, overdone waffles. So disappointed since we can't afford to eat out often. On the plus side, our waiter was nice but he seemed very distracted for us being the only ones in there.
This place is clearly under staffed and with some mishap in the kitchen we waited nearly an hour to be seated and then our food took another 30 minutes. Thankfully the food was delicious otherwise the wait would have been worthless. Kudos to the staff for doing the best they could all while trying to keep a smile on their overworked faces.
In general, I enjoy Ihop's food and have ordered from here on a number of occasions. This has been my worst experience with them so far. We got home with our order and found that a number of items were missing. We were missing an entire side from one of our meals, an order of fresh fruit for our 4 year old because she loves fruit. We were also missing all of the toppings for her double blueberry pancakes. Now, I could over look this as simply skimming over order and missing things, but her blueberry pancakes weren't even cooked all the way! The entire middle was still raw pancake batter! The only reason I made an order here today was because she wanted blueberry pancakes, and now she can't have them because the "house of pancakes" doesn't know how to cook pancakes!? Needless to say, I'm going to think long and hard before ordering from here again.
Super sad because they were so short staffed and the manager was not very kind to the server who was on day 3 and had no training. He was amazing, and a table of 10 tipped him well! Just with grandbabies and being in a bit of a hurry was a push. But he did well and tried his best! The manager should work harder with bussing tables and doing other supporting duties rather than demeaning employees in front of customers.
Got to the IHOP had to seat ourselves. Waiter finally came out after 5 mins. Which is fine, gave us our menu's wait again for 20 mins to order. Waited hour to get our food. And food was fine nothing special. And there was only 10 customersDietary restrictions accommodatedNot sure
I am convinced the reviews which give a positive review are fake. This restaurant should be ashamed of theirselves on many levels. The food that they serve is a far cry from the misleading menu description, the length of time involved is absolutely ridiculous and when I learned Mega Dilla was connected to this establishment everything made sense - these people should not be running restaurants as they can not seem to get it down. First priority should be customer service/satisfaction in hopes of them returning. Which should lead to personal recommendations, loyal customers earning the communities respect. This establishment missed every mark and it amazes me they manage to keep their doors open. After having two bad experiences here I am convinced the reviews that are positive have got to be fake. I strongly suggest to avoid this establishment as well as Mega Dilla, as neither one can deliver a worthwhile meal.
