I was calling around for a muffler replacement to check against the quotation from my Nissan dealer. Without any fuss, they gave me the best quotation for and did an excellent job. Lifetime guarantee on the muffler, too complete with a piece of paper personally signed by the manager, Ben. It is a blessing for me to know the owner, Bob Akehurst and Ben Lopez since my beloved Nissan 2004 Murano had reached its glorious 200,000km; naturally quite a few major replacements are needed to keep him performing in tip-top condition as he has been for the past 13 years. I had trusted this Burnaby Budget Brake & Muffler over my Nissan dealer to replace CV joints & struts, valve over gasket, front wheel bearing/hub assembly+spark plugs, Injection Pump Service last year, always honest pricing, quality work and prompt service. One thing that set Budget Brake & Muffler (Burnaby) is both Ben and Bob are hands-on certified (and master) technician. I observed them inspecting and working along with the other technicians during my car repair. I also got to know them well. These are people I would like as my friends. Never ever go to this place!!! Mor than triple the price than other place, got my Raybestos EHT1342 front disk pad sets from them by CAD$209 which it should be sale around CAD$50, fool me like an idiot, bad service. Don't trust them and Never go there to do any services!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this garage. I set an appointment one week in advance just for suspension inspection, but when I came at 8:30 am I was just told I need to wait for other vehicles or leave my car for indefinite time. Don't waist your time, I lost a week there
