Bruegger's Bagels

Don't waste your time coming here. Hardly any bagels, regardless of the fact that this is a bagel shop. I've given this place many chances, even after getting orders wrong multiple times. Today was the last straw, the service was absolutely terrible, waited at the register to order for 10 minutes as the employees completely ignored the fact we had been standing there. Finally after 15 minutes passes, they come over (with no sorry or thanks for waiting) and we order, but they don't have the tuna despite the fact it's right up on the front menu. We walked out, and the employees seemed perfectly fine with losing customers. I'm not a harsh person, but every time I've been there, there has been young teenage boys whom seem to have no frendliness or ability to at least try and be even the smallest bit nice, no smiles or anything. Just done with this place.

Unorganized and slow. Also, how hard is it to heat up a friggin bagel. Says fresh HOT bagel on your page. "Our bakers prepped the first batch of bagels before you’re out of bed. Your hot bagel and favorite cream cheese will be ready, no matter when you start the day". Espresso tasted like gas station drip.

Annoyed that they do not serve fountain soda. Only have Coke in warm, small bottles. However, I could eat a BTLC on an asiago parmesan bagel for every meal.

Unwelcoming crowd here -- felt like an outsider. Might just have been the crowd that was there at the time. Servers were very good.

They were very helpful with my very specific order. The only complaint I would make would be that the sandwich was not cut completely through, making it very difficult to eat and messy.
