Where to start. I was tempted to leave when I walked in because I saw all the people waiting, however, it's been so long since I've been here, I went against my better judgement. Big mistake. Once I ordered, I had to wait 30 minutes for a take-out sandwich. Watched the manager shuffle orders while one employee worked her head off to serve everything coming out of the kitchen (the takeout board with names didn't budge for at least the 1st 20 minutes.) Didn't confirm the order before leaving. Had tuna on foccacia. Had to remake the sandwich to spread out the tuna. There was about as much on the sandwich as I would use of I was lightly buttering bread. One half of the sandwich was missing the crust so the tuna had soaked through. Cost was over $7 - complete rip-off.Will NOT be going back. Two stars is for the employee delivering the orders - nothing rattled her.

I ordered the fuji apple and chicken salad. I didn't know that there was bleu cheese on it and being pregnant, I couldn't eat it. Even though it was my fault, they were so accommodating and made me a new salad without the bleu cheese. Wonderful staff and wonderful food. I very much appreciate that!

amazing food but there is always gross shit all over the tables, floors, bathrooms, and booths. A suspiciously weird white stain that was crusted on is near my head as I type. Place hasnt been cleaned since they opened it looks like. There has been an increase of children coming here as well which also contributes to the dirtiness with all of their spit and slobber and shit. On the real though, food 10/10, inside, revolting.

Great food but service can be slow to get your food. We always use there kiosks or use the order from the phone via the my Panera app. App works wonderful and I can use apple pay with them.

9 dollars for a bagel and drink.... LOL you have got to be kidding me... Oh yeah and they want a tip too... Probably paying for the nice layout... but its a sardine fest in there...
