Caribou Coffee

Loud staff and have personal conversations that patrons can hear. The girl forgot my order and they seem to bothered with their personal issues than to provide customer service. At one point they got SO loud I asked them politely to quiet down. Dude apologized and then they continued to have loud personal conversations. I heard them swearing in the back loud enough anyone could hear. Super unhealthy not peaceful environment. This was a sunday afternoon/evening. Can't say I will return especially I have gone through drive through and they mess up my dirty chai and make it SUPER gross. Not sure what they do wrong but it doesn't taste like the good one off Cedar in St Louis Park. Do not recommend this location at all. Teach you staff to be respectful of patrons and put their childish conversations aside.

I'm guessing we've visited this place 12+ times. I can't. believe. we've waited this long to decide that it's worth it to drive to the Medina Caribou or just settle for Starbucks. This location and staff is the WORST. They are intolerably slow, they get orders wrong about 75% of the time, and have no idea how to deal with it professionally when they do get it wrong. Absolutely do not visit this location.

Amazing staff and atmosphere. Great service. I see a lot of people complaining about wait times, but the situation is understandable if there's a big sandwich order ahead of you. Service is defiantly better than a couple months ago. Would recommend.

Haven't been here in a year and will not return. Not only did they get a completely new staff, the rude, ignorant and immature asian girl shift lead walked away from me as I was asking if they would simply put more almond milk in my tea. She remade the drink with NO almond milk. Don't bother with the GM either. Sounds like he's 15 and told me he would not be getting rid of her because he is "helping her out." Hmm sounds like personal life is being mixed with business. Guess being spiteful to customers is now acceptable to Caribou Coffee company. Disgusting.

Out of any Caribou in the area, this one is my least favorite. I love Caribou and will go to one over Starbucks all day. The service time at this particular location is exceptionally long. The process and delivery from start to finish frequently appears chaotic and unorganized. Often times, an item I want is not available. I was offered a free bakery item coupon once. I surveyed the store as a frequent visitor and 3 times out of 5, my order was wrong. I now go in expecting it to be wrong and correct them ahead of time or at the counter, instead of driving through and realizing it a mile down the road. The store and bathrooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly and polite. However, friendly staff is only 1/2 the equation. I'd rather go to an establishment that can get the customer service AND my order correct in a timely fashion.
