Bruegger's Bagels

Went in for lunch today at 12:35. I was looking forward to choosing one of their 6 soups, but nothing was posted, so I asked the lady with no smile. They had only 2. I ordered one and the tall "Manager" guy jumped in and said, without looking up, they do not have that. So, I was left with a choice of 1. It was tasty, but luke warm maybe. She then wanted me to check out, but I told her I was not done ordering, as I needed bagels as well. They were both just very cranky and rude....and both name tags stated they were a type of "Manager". Shocking! I saw another lady come in to order and the guy snapped "I said I will be right with you", Clearly they were both having a horrible day! But after reading other reviews, this appears to be the norm. I will go to the Chocolate Factory next time, super friendly group working there!

The siracha egg sandwich on an everything bagel is by far my favorite breakfast sandwich ever made, every time they make it. Been here 100x and Never had a bad experience. Although theres a few reviews on here regarding poor manager experience my guess is its because other reviewers havent had their coffee yet. Every employee ive had the pleasure of interacting with has been great and highly recommend Breugger's if you need a pick me up.

When ordering a special sandwich that is on a huge sign that says "Smoked Brisket and Pastrami with Egg" and you go to check out and you for some reason have two sandwiches, I ask why there are two? Older manager/owner (not really sure) gives me attitude that I didnt say just one, I specifed one brisket and one pastrami. I reply no i ordered what is on that giant sign behind you. He then proceeds to take one baggel back with a sigh. I then hand him my credit card and then he say's wait i need you card back. Before giving him my card back i ask, Did you charge me for both? He replys yes. I reply just give me both Ill give it to someone. The thing that bothers me is he got upset about a baggel. He is the one that screwed the order up and got mad at me. I am in customer service and that is no reason to get upset about. He either needs to learn how to be nice to customers or find a job that doesnt require him to have contact with paying customers. Thanks.
