Finished teaching at 8pm. Tired, hungry, and there's a real chill in the air. Wanted something, warm, filling, but not heavy, and definitely NOT fried. Friendly, efficient staff greeted me and took my order. Earned a free coffee, fountain drink, or hot tea, value $2.29. With a Pick 2 and drink, you can opt for a $0.99 pastry. And, an email notified me that I would receive a free bagel each day this week. So, tomorrow morning, I'll enjoy a chocolate croissant and a pumpkin pie bagel. My dinner was on my table before I had a chance to put honey in my tea.

I never went to Panera before this year. What a mistake! Great food, plenty of healthy choices (which you can easily see and trust). The atmosphere of this place is incredible, it makes me want to be there more often. I will be sad when the free bagel a day for a month runs out though! (talk about customer appreciation, thanks Panera!!) I really suggest ordering ahead here; It can get really busy. They're always spot on with the time it'll be ready. Nothing's better than to walk past everyone in line and walk out with your food!

What a joy it is to live in the world of technology where you can use your phone to place your family's lunch order while waiting in the parking lot of a store with your husband running in to grab one more thing and knowing your kids need food ASAP because your morning errands went longer than planned. Using Panera's rapid pick up option allowed us to order food ahead of time and have it ready and waiting for is when we arrived with our three hungry littles. We didn't have to wait in line during the rush and avoided any possible meltdown. Food was hot, tasty, and just what we needed for a last minute meal. Love the updated kids menu and the broccoli cheese soup is my favorite. The only downside is everyone else loves this place just as much and it's always crowded when we go!

A bit tucked away off the interstate. Usually busy but service is fast and friendly staff to help you. Order ahead on the app to save time. Food is always fresh and great quality. Go place coming back from Milwaukee back to Madison. Vegetarian Mediterranean sandwich is very tasty.
