I pass this cash&carry often but never used to go in. Tried for the first time. Good location, plenty of free parking, a few disabled spaces are available. Once inside the store is huge with a very good selection of items. Prices are reasonable compared to other. Staff are friendly and willing to help. I will be visiting again for sure.
Nice wholesale deals! The gentleman who manages the store is a delightful person. He is pretty helpful and also gives a good discount if you buy in bulk. We frequent this store not only for its quality products but efficient customer service by the manager ! Keep it up ! Would love if they started delivering!
If you are into Indian cooking, this store is a treasure trove. They have got so many ingredients and also some really great Indian utensils. My only disappointment was that they didn't have a great selection of Indian vegetables. But that would not stop me from going back.
It's changed so much in last 10years. But the behaviour of the staff won't change. They are still the same old rude lads and ladies who don't care about their customers. Forget about service they don't have a simple smile on their face. It does have excellent variety of stuff. The layout is nice and clean too. I wish they work just a little hard on how they should treat their customers, surely a smile doesn't harm anyone. Does it?
I didn't find my product of bites else this shop is very good and resonable price items sold.
Perfect place to grab all your Indian/Pakistani snacks, sauces, pickles, flour, rice, lentils and fresh produce. They have a huge range of products at very good prices. Nice clean and spacious store that’s very well stocked. Free parking for customers as well. But it can be very busy.
Reasonable pricing, has a car park, free 1hr parking. Tills at the back near car park and also at the front for walk in shoppers. Good range of food, especially Indian snacks, keeps mum happy. Only downside is the disabled bays are very tight, and difficult for elderly ones to get out. Need to widen them, like the bigger supermarkets.
I usually go to pick n save at least once a week on top of the main shopping. Today at the store 19/02/2023 I was accused of stealing a small bag of pink salt. The assistant handed me the salt but then I realised that I didn’t need it so I put it back on the shelf. I went to the counter to pay for the rest of my shopping and the same man said to the check out staff that I also have salt. This male staff then came to check my carrier bag even though I informed him I had put the salt back on the shelf. I was so appalled that I left my shopping and requested this staff to apologise. I went to speak to the manager who also apologised. I told him that me or my family will never shop at Pick n Save again! It was embarrassing to be accused of theft in front of other staff and customers. I do understand that they may have customers that steal but there are ways to deal with sensitive situations such as away from other customers. DO NOT CONFRONT IN THIS MANNER. INNOCENT BEFORE PROVEN GUILTY!!!!!! Response to Owner. I sent you an email as you suggested in your response below. Let’s see how you intend to resolve the embarrassment already caused to me in front of others. I spoke to the manager. At no point did “the manager” ask who the member of staff was and just said he will have a word with the staff. Update - The owner did contact me to apologise and spoke about recent thefts in his shop and the staff member handling the situation himself and not going to the manager. However, I did go to the manager at the time of this incident but nothing was done. Do not know of any other outcome. There is nothing the owner can do for the embarrassment, humiliation already caused!
Best asian grocery shop in the area, Alot of products from Asian countries available.
Its different price at the shop compared to their prices on the site. Just be careful and they don't care and are rude when you talk to them. Lot of fake reviews also.
