Good food and fast service. Wide selection of items on the menu, and it was quick when it was time to pay. I'd go back here again. The place seemed clean and professional. There were a lot of business people having lunch in the place when I went on a weekday. There are a lot of TVs up on the walls. I don't know what the place is like in the evening, but it might be fun if you live within walking distance in New West. A lady stepped on my toe when I was waiting at the front door, but that doesn't effect my scoring of the restaurant or my dining experience, it just was worth noting to make this review longer to read.

Food was great, which is standard for a Brown's. We were a party of six and initially told it'd be an hour wait, ended up being only 20 minutes which was a pleasant surprise. However, our service was alright at best. We sat down at 7:30, our food order wasn't taken until 8:30 and that's only cause we called over our server as she was passing by. This remained a constant throughout the night. It also took 20 minutes from the point of asking for our bills to the point of paying for our bills. I would hope this was a one off situation.

This was our first time to this location, the tuna rolls and BBQ pizza were delicious. We sat out on the covered patio so we could enjoy the heat but not be in the full sun. Our waitress was super friendly, very personable and made great drink recommendations. We will be there again next time we're in the area.

Went there today for lunch. Worst $15 burger by far...warm burger, hot fries. Something is wrong there!! And the meat is poor quality. Was it beef? With fillers? And never a follow up by the waitress. Last time I will visit a Browns Social House. And by mistake I left a tip! It so easy to go somewhere else for better service, food preparation and for an over all better meal experience. And poor choice of overly loud music. Annoying!!! Ps. Hearing back may help you improve but does not change my experience today and am 35 bucks out of my pocket that I will never gain back. Thanks for the reply....but that was the first and LAST time I will patronize a Browns Socialhouse. You lost any further opportunities with us.

Best Oreo jar I’ve ever had in my life. It changed me. I will never be the same. Do yourself a favourite and eat here 👌🏻🐼
