Got the prime rib melt. Gross! Too much cheddar cheese, onions, no seasoning on supposed prime rib, plus it was on toast. Not a hoagie roll like we were told. Salad was fresh .

Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. After what seemed like a longer than normal wait, my wife's French Dip came with a moldy roll. I had the Brooks Burger, which was massive and pretty tasty, but after eating about two thirds of it, my wife noticed a hair sticking out of the middle of the patty . Needless to say, that was off putting. Clearly quality control is not their strong suit! So slow service and contaminated food - not an appealing combination . On the plus side (as if it matters), the server was very nice.

I love the Brooks. The food has never been disappointing and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed.

Great food, clean, large portions for the money, pleasant employees. Our favorite in Wallace Idaho.
