We have eaten there a few times (whenever we get a chance).  The food and service is beyond good.  Highly recommended and I would love to know how they make their salsa.  Everything is above average...

This place is authentic. Chimichanga and chips and salsa prove their authenticity. Great food for a great price. One would never expect to enjoy this mucho flavorful food in a mining valley. I was gratefully accepted into this establishment many times and was never turned away due to my lack language. Great people and great food.

Having recently moved to the Silver Valley, and being a Mexican food fanatic, I was excited to discover Casa de Oro close to home. My husband I ordered blended strawberry margaritas (good), as well as he ordered a burrito and I ordered beef fajitas. As our food was being prepared, the waiter brought out chips and salsa. My favorite part of the salsa was the fact that they brought it in a small carafe, so was plenty to fill your bowl multiple times. :) The fajitas smelled and tasted incredible!! They came with rice and beans, and such a large serving, it was my dinner the next night. Definitely plan to return soon

The food is consistently good. This is one of the few places open on Monday evenings. The wait staff is friendly and the dining room is always clean.

Best mexican food in the Silver Valley....  huge portions for reasonable price.......   nice atmosphere...  could use bicycle parking RACK....
