Broadlawns Bed and Breakfast

Well ordered management and ALL the staff so friendly friendly. Went out of their way to be helpful when a special need arose. Good helpings of well presented breakfast all three days we stayed here. Will stay here again next time!Rooms: 5/5

There is a main house here where you collect your room keys and where you eat breakfast. Breakfast is served between 8.30-9.30am. You can either choose breakfast with your stay or a late checkout. Normal checkout time is 10am and late checkout is 12pm. There are 10 self contained units here each with either double or twin beds and it's own bathroom. A flat screen tv and tea/coffee facilities are also provided. The hearing can be turned on once inside the room by turning the radiators on. Location-wise, it's only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Coalville itself or a £3 taxi ride if it's wet weather. The owner here is friendly. Payment can be either cash or credit/debit card. Rooms cost £60 per room per night if booked direct.

Stayed here 3 times, friendly staff, always happy to help and very approachable. Comfy and clean rooms! Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting coalville.

Lovely guest house ran by lovely people, rooms are very homely, clean and in great condition... The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating, could not fault my time at Broadlawns would definitely recommend :

Appalling customer service, rang up to book a room and was informed they had availability for a twin room. Website says £48, but quoted me £65? I questioned this and the response was "oh well, if it's too expensive for you we'll have to leave it won't we" then hung up the phone before I could respond!!?! What the hell kind of establishment does that

Clean well kept rooms. Food excellent. Enjoyed our week here.
