This will be the second season we will be working with Donna Schulz from Cooperstown Lodging Company. Donna takes a very personal and professional approach to managing her properties and clients as well. She personally comes to inspect your property prior to rental season to ensure that has been well maintained and meets the property description advertised on the website Donna requires that each of our homes have a yearly fire and safety inspection with proof of permit prior to each rental season. This helps to give us and our customers piece of mind knowing that they are staying in a safe environment. The booking/reservation process is seamless as Donna handles the contracts and collects all payments. Once cleared, payments are remitted in a timely manner. She is available 24/7 and usually answers any calls/emails within minutes. When calling Cooperstown Lodging Company, you will always get Donna not a secretary that takes a message. Donna is the owner/Broker and adds a “personal touch” you rarely get anywhere anymore. The new website will showcase your home and get your property rented.
