Bravo Pizzeria & Grill

Came in from the USA to visit the falls. I came into Bravo and ordered a pizza and 3 dishes, two of which were salads. We received our pizza and it was awful. Cold, flavorless and over priced. We then waited for a hour and 20 minutes for the three other dishes. After complaining multiple times the manager did not seem to care. I was told that they were busy and the food "usually takes that long" even though the restaurant was half empty. The two salads were warm and over dressed. The third dish was bland and slightly burnt. I would not recommend this restaurant. Zero stars if I could.

Disappointing is an understatement. We came in as a group and after taking everyone's orders the waitress came back to tell us that anyone who wanted anything less than medium to medium well prime rib would have to order something else. The kids meals took over 50 minutes to arrive too. Of course at this point out meals the adults meals didn't come together and after re-ordering a steak it finally came medium rare but was dry and tasteless. No attempt was made to correct the issue by the staff. Save your money and eat elsewhere!

Food was decent- had a few different pizzas we split among the family. Place was clean and decorated nice. Kids really liked seeing the brick oven and the food being made. The waitress wasn't really friendly. Didn't really care if we needed anything when she dropped off the pizzas. Had to find another plate ourselves so we had enough. Then never came back to check on drinks. Acted like she was too busy, but there was only 3 other tables and at least 1 other server.

Great place to visit. You get what you pay for. Huge servings for Lunch. I would come back for sure!!

Honestly, I was underwhelmed by the value here. The food was decent, the staff was nice, but not worth the price we paid. We spent about $40 less at a Greek place (Koutouki's?) down the road and received better quality and portions.
