I visit there on regular bassis. Walmart is always one of the best All in one store in Canada and this is one too. Recent change made last year where they made a different Indian/Asian essentials food Aisle. Ready to eat chicken is also available. You can get your Covid shots here by appointment. There photography section is not organised properly. Once I had to visit/order my photographs three time again and again to get it. Lots and lots of stuff. Thanks for the hard work.
Its 23 june 2022 none of the cash counter is open. All self checkout couter was open I called manager and they were very rude. Very dissopent. We are paying and scan each single item by self.
Surprised to see shaving blades in the locks. I had to call an employee to open up the glass closet to buy shaving blades is so ridiculous and time consuming at this location in springdale
A good store to quickly purchase day-to-day needs. The floor was generally clean and items were organized and stocked for convenience. Waiting time for check out is usually reasonable, and self check out works as expected. Overall, a good choice for quick, convenient shopping, but will not surprise or blow your mind.
DO NOT GO HERE !!! I bought apple wired headphones from this location when I went home nothing was in the box I called in to get help I was put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on I went back to the store and the customer service manager gave me a number to call and said she could not do a return I called the number and they said they could have done it in the store and that they cant do It over the phone they have wasted my time and have taken my money and done nothing about it! this is a horrible location that offers no help on something THEY have done wrong?!?! the customer service manager is horrible, rude and knows absolutely nothing about the policies
The lady at customer service response was so rude. She had no manners how to deal with customers. Cashiers are good but had a very bad experience with a lady working as customer service representative. Must be polite with customers.
I WILL NEVER return to this location. Went here this evening. Asked the produce guy if they had a product he said he doesn't understand what I was asking for. "POTATOES" He didn't know what those were. Then I went to the water section NO cases of Nestlé water.... Then I went to the Dairy section NO Becel Olive oil Butter. Then I asked the guy working in the Dairy section if they had any Nestlé water he said I don't know I don't work in that department I said ok can you page somebody or ask the people in the back if they have any skids... He said No. Once I was done my shopping I went to self check out scanned all my items and payed for them. Then I got fausly accused of only paying for 2 of my 4 items. I showed the BOY my reciept and he said No on my screen it says you only paid for 2 then he called over the store manager who again had to check my reciept. Long story short Other Customers followed me out to the parking lot and told me they seen what happened and they were DISGUSTED with the way they treat their PAYING CUSTOMERS. I REFUSE to return to this Walmart. Regional Manager needs to re evaluate their Employees and hire ones that actually know about the store and know what products are in their department, and educate them on how to deal with Customers in a professional manner. Also ensure your check out systems that are handheld by employees are working correctly as they may one day accuse the WRONG CUSTOMER of STEALING.
What a great Walmart! Super stocked and clean! They had the best selection of holiday shopping I could find from any other Walmart! Easy to access from both Mayfield and Bramalea entrances. They also had the fastest moving cash lines I’ve ever seen! My “go to” Walmart for everything I need!
If you have forgotten something at the self checkout and paid for it, believe me no one will come to you to say that you are forgetting something. Once you go back and ask for it then they have long process to follow. Not going back there again.
Posted review in wrong spot. Basically I am impressed with this location as it was clean, organized and not busy with folks. Also impressed that Walmart has met the demands of home decor enthusiasts, such as myself. If course not high end quality, but for the most part you can add a few pieces that are close to it. The rug I posted is made well and has brought me much compliments. Looking forward to purchasing another. :
