Canadian Tire

Went to return something and it went smooth and quick. Usually if Home Depot or lowes doesn’t have what I’m looking for Canadian tire has it for a reasonable price.This store has plenty of parking, they are expanding to serve the public better and it always has all the sale items listed in the flyer. Always come here since it’s close to work. Their clearance section is a giant mess. They literally sell broken or missing things.nFriendly staff, always seems young. Clean place!nLots of parking.

Horrible service. Booked a tire exchange days in advance. Asked what was their latest appointment due to work schedule, the rep said 6:30, and we confirmed. Day of appointment I get a text confirmation for 6pm. Called the store to clarify and was told the last care they take is 5:30 and not 6:30.nNo options offered, just a take it or leave.nSeems like employees are making up the policies on a daily and depending on the day of the week.nWill not use again, will cancel all affiliations / credit cards with the Canadian tire Brand.

Went in for a shop vac. Was walking through hardware and the man walked past and didn't say hi. I found him and dismissed me by saying shop vacs are in aisle 65. I went to aisle 65 and there were no shop vacs in that aisle. I was browsing in the garden centre area and saw a woman who's English was a bit challenging but she was the one who took the most effort but she thought I was talking about wax, when i clearly tried explaining several times a vacuum specifically to clean a work shop. I ended up in aisle 66 which is where the vacuums all are and they faced all of the shop vacuums over the one I wanted tickets. The one advertised. I heard an associate in next aisle and went to ask her for help but she was too busy on her cell and just didn't want to see if the product was available by pretending she just didn't want to budge with her tank of product in the aisle. It's such a shame that the only people here who go out of the way to say hi or are the ones who wanna sign you up for credit or the newcomers who are willing to help but aren't trained so well. On the way out the staff all look so miserable. All that product but no excitement or energy given to those who come in wanting to spend with specific needs. Not nice!

Hi i visited there for my car inspection it was making some noises while driving. I meet there with two guys their names is ## Romil and Malik## these two guys are very rude talking. They don't know how to deal with customers.nI told them my issue romil nd malik started planing to make me fool nd told me $1700 expenses. I visited to BH auto parts they charge me only $50 it was only one car bush sound.nThese rude guys Malik nd Romil were convinced me saying me if you not fix it your car steering control will lost but it was a bush sound only.nIts a request to owner teach to these two guys malik nd romil not to convince any customers for their commissions.nI was always visited for my car service but from that day i will never look at canadian tire side.nI suggest to everyone don't visit here for any car service or ets nd don't be a part of convincing things.nnThanks

Daphne at Automotive is amazing!! I came to purchase a battery for my car last night and Daphne was so patient and informative! I've purchased batteries a couple times now but this was my first experience having someone take the time to troubleshoot and educate me, all at 9pm after her shift ended. I am beyond appreciative for her time.nnDaphne, if you're reading this, my car started. Thank you! :n_nnGiving this a four star because the cashiers at this location were more focused on their conversations with each other than the line of customers. I had to make two trips to the store last night to fix my car before the store closed. Unfortunately, I had the same experience with cashiers both times.
