Canadian Tire

I recently visited Canadian Tire for an oil and filter change on my 2024 Kia Sportage. The team did the job quickly and efficiently, and they even topped up my windshield washer fluid and antifreeze for free, which was a nice touch. Overall, the service was great!nnThe only downside was that, in other Canadian Tire auto centers, I’ve noticed the staff use protective mats for the floor and covers for the seats to keep the interior clean, but this location didn’t do that. I hope they improve on this in the future, as protecting the interior is an important detail.nnThat said, the work was done well, and I’m satisfied with the experience!

Always great service. The best Canadian Tire location I've been to. They're very friendly and helpful. This time I placed an order online for pick up at the store. Received the ready for pick up email the next morning. Once I made it to the store it took them about 10 minutes and they had my order brought right to my car. I recommend Canadian Tire in general but I recommend this location over many others I have made purchases over the years.

I was at the Canadian Tire located at Queen and Airport Rd yesterday for an exchange on a damaged item and the young lady behind the counter I believe her name is Aida was so pleasant and kind. She was very polite and understanding to my situation. It's hard to find kindness these days! She is the true example of what Customer Service should be like. Very Pleased customer!!!

Went to return something and it went smooth and quick. Usually if Home Depot or lowes doesn’t have what I’m looking for Canadian tire has it for a reasonable price.This store has plenty of parking, they are expanding to serve the public better and it always has all the sale items listed in the flyer. Always come here since it’s close to work. Their clearance section is a giant mess. They literally sell broken or missing things.nFriendly staff, always seems young. Clean place!nLots of parking.

I wish I can give less then 0 rating.nnI was there bought waste belt sign over there saying something and it rang up higher price.cashier called Erica from customer service and OMG. What and arrogant attitude and I find that , she was extremely rude.nnShe needs to take classes for customer service skills.nPlease avoid this store and people if you can.
