Canadian Tire

I recently visited Canadian Tire for an oil and filter change on my 2024 Kia Sportage. The team did the job quickly and efficiently, and they even topped up my windshield washer fluid and antifreeze for free, which was a nice touch. Overall, the service was great!nnThe only downside was that, in other Canadian Tire auto centers, I’ve noticed the staff use protective mats for the floor and covers for the seats to keep the interior clean, but this location didn’t do that. I hope they improve on this in the future, as protecting the interior is an important detail.nnThat said, the work was done well, and I’m satisfied with the experience!

I went to the auto dept for a vehicle alignment. When completed and I left I notice that the traction light came on, on the dash. I went back they said that has nothing to do with the alignment. I have had that vehicle for years and that ereor message has never come on.which shows they did some kind of error during alignment.I did not have time to argue, had to go to work. I went back the next day for them to scan the vehicle. The guy said I have to wait 1.5 hours knowing I have to go to work when they created the problem. Will NEVER go back to this location. I advise people not to use them for car service. Terrible!!!

Always great service. The best Canadian Tire location I've been to. They're very friendly and helpful. This time I placed an order online for pick up at the store. Received the ready for pick up email the next morning. Once I made it to the store it took them about 10 minutes and they had my order brought right to my car. I recommend Canadian Tire in general but I recommend this location over many others I have made purchases over the years.

It has variety of products. The store is very well organized and clean. It’s easy to find something. One thing I like most about this store is because the staff are nice, friendly and helpful. A lot of parking. It’s easy to find parking and the parking is always free.

I was at the Canadian Tire located at Queen and Airport Rd yesterday for an exchange on a damaged item and the young lady behind the counter I believe her name is Aida was so pleasant and kind. She was very polite and understanding to my situation. It's hard to find kindness these days! She is the true example of what Customer Service should be like. Very Pleased customer!!!
