I had a very disappointing experience at this Winners location. When I went to cash out in the jewelry section, the associate assisting me, Fatima, was extremely rude and disrespectful. The interaction felt unprofessional, and I was honestly surprised by the lack of courtesy.nCustomer service is a big part of the shopping experience, and unfortunately, this did not meet even basic expectations of respect. I believe staff training, particularly around communication and professionalism, needs improvement. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location. I would rather spend extra time driving to a different Winners store where customers are treated with respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the overall customer service experience.He

Great selections of almost everything, especially cookware and home decor. Must check it out. Unique items every time I go buy. If you like something must buy it right away or else it will be gone. Must say one of the organized WinnersnnAug 2nd 2022

Coventry location of Winners in Brampton is usually clean and well-stocked except for Sundays since they only get deliveries through the week.nMy first stop is usually the jewelry counter, and hoping to be served by Susan. Due to years of experience selling jewelry at The Bay, & now at Winners, Susan is very well informed about all the items & able to help you make an educated decision on what you are purchasing.nIt's really nice dealing with someone who knows exactly what they're talking about and is always pleasant and friendly.

Absolutely atrocious customer service if anyone reading this review -you should probably skip this store.nThe staff interacts as if they are doing a favour on customers or probably they aren’t interested in their job because even a polite question is responded with a rude response.nHad this experience near the jewellery showcase.

Truly a great experience shopping here! Mohit was very helpful and friendly at cash. He even directed me to where I could find a toy for a children's birthday party I was attending. He went out of his way to provide great service, I will definitely shop at this location again!
