Winners

This location of Winners is my go to! It is usually quite stocked. They could work on the cleanliness but I am always able to get good finds at this location. The best part about this Winners is their staff. They’re always friendly and helpful. Some of them really go above and beyond to make your day!

I was racially profiled while shopping at this location! I picked up a purse and was making my way to the cash register when I was stopped by an associate that insisted on tagging the purse. I explained that I am about to go the cash register and began walking away when she reached out and grabbed the purse to tag it. I have never experienced such rude customer service. The manager I spoke with was understanding but the behaviour of the associate was unacceptable. She should not have been following me and reaching to take the item from me, if she was doing her job correctly the purse would have been tagged before being made available to customers.

Great selections of almost everything, especially cookware and home decor. Must check it out. Unique items every time I go buy. If you like something must buy it right away or else it will be gone. Must say one of the organized WinnersnnAug 2nd 2022

If I could add a 0 rating I would. Staff refusing to honor the price on an item because it was tagged incorrectly. What made it worst they did not have the same item in store. Customer service was useless talking about policy. Honor the price listed. I was in the store at the cashier for close to 40 minutes with no resolution or empathy, just employees giving me the policy speech. #store337 #badcustomerservice

I'm embarrassed to say I was visiting Brampton and forgot to pack a dress shirt for work. Thank goodness for Winners ! I'm not the most fashion aware guy and Winners makes it easy. Just walk in, try something I like and walk out. It was as easy as that. The best part is the prices are competitive so my mistake didn't cost me too dearly.....
