nnI had an excellent experience at Canadian Tire Auto at Great Lakes drive location, Brampton. I went in to have my winter tires changed, and Brandon and Simeon went above and beyond with the service they provided. They performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle, identified a few additional issues, and took the time to explain everything clearly with a detailed breakdown of their findings.nnWhat stood out the most was their honesty and trustworthiness. They were transparent about what needed immediate attention versus what could wait, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern for the customer made the entire experience stress-free. I truly appreciate Brandon and Simeon’s outstanding service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto care.

This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had.nnI booked an oil change appointment expecting to pay the advertised $59 price, which I have paid before. When I arrived, I was suddenly told that the $59 service was no longer available because of a “new company policy.” If that is true, why was the original price still being advertised and shown to customers?nnI was never informed of any price change when booking the appointment. By the time I arrived, I was in a rush and needed the service completed, leaving me with little choice but to accept the higher charge.nnWhat made the experience even worse was the attitude of the employee I dealt with. Instead of providing a clear explanation or trying to help, I felt dismissed and treated as though my concerns did not matter.nnCustomers deserve honest pricing and transparency. Changing the price after a customer arrives for a booked appointment is unacceptable. If company policies change, update the advertised prices and inform customers before they commit their time and money.nnI left feeling frustrated, misled, and disappointed. Based on this experience, I will not be returning for future service and would not recommend this location to others.

Do not use the pay and pickup. Stuff that should not be sold is placed is being used to fulfill your order. Some serious staff training needs to happen. Box damaged = not good, bot not damaged= good. Easy peasy. Good waste of 45 mins driving to your store.

Thank you to Brandon and Simeon for their professional and timely help with replacing my flat tire. While answering all my questions, bringing me into the shop to show me the condition of my old tire and explaining all my options and helped me decide on what would be the best way to proceed. They also did this while also supporting a busy day with unruly customers who wanted to jump the line. Throughout all this, they remained calm, stayed focused and were very professional with all the customers waiting to be serviced.nnThank to both of them for their help and support!
