Canadian Tire

The star is only for the few employees who were actually doing their job today and helped me. I went in for a refund and was dealing with some very inexperienced people and waited for a very long time throughout the whole process. Also, as I was leaving, 3 employees stood blocking the exit path and made rude comments to me when I said, excuse me, so I could walk by. It is obvious the younger generation are careless and unprofessional and can't even manage a simple customer service job! They stood around talking and not caring about their job. That's what you're paying people for, Canadian Tire...way to go! I am awaiting a response from the Trinity Commons manager to discuss my experience today as a paying customer who shops at various Canadian Tire locations, this one stands out for the bad customer service from the people working today between 4-5pm.

Good customer service! I had fire alarm malfunctioning at home. And i would have not be able to sleep if i didn't change it that night. So I went to the closest Canadian Tire that I could find open until 10 pm, two minutes to closing time. The door lady let me in. She wasn't too happy, but I really appreciate her for letting me in.

Nobody received the call. Last night, I needed to inquire about replacing my car battery and coordinate towing and time for repair. This was the closest one so I ended up going to another shop.nnThey have refreshed the store which used to seem very dull.nnStaff is usually slim at this location.nnA while ago, I found rat poison pellets spilled on the floor. Hopefully the hazardous stuff is kept in higher racks and out of reach of children.

Good for buying home products and small home projects. Would not do auto service here, bad experience from them over tightening a nut. Clean place. They are always under renovation! They have a party city inside now! Clearance section is always a crazy mess, 2 bins with random red bins.

Mistakenly store loaded $1500 BBQ from another online order to my car, when reached home realized its not the right one, the one I bought was $450 only, I kept on calling but store CS did not respond, finally I loaded back the BBQ & went to the store but store manger was so rude instead thanking to me that I made an honest decision she stars questioning me & refused to unload BBQ from my car, she went inside the office & kept me waiting in front of store for 35-40min, the whole process took our an hour.nVery rude management, did not compensate my time & driving back & forth with wrong item.
