I visited this Walmart on July 9, 2022 to do some shopping. Parts of this store are well organized but much needs to be looked at in the clothing department. I realize that customers are often not always putting back clothing they pick up and decide not to purchase. Often, many customers can be downright rude. Even with that being said, there's a reason why people have jobs. I witnessed quite a few times during my visit employees who just walked past the mess and ignored it. If you work in another department, you can at least page someone. Or here's a thought: you are an employee of this store and even though you may feel you only represent your department, you represent the store to the public. And just in case those reading this review thinks that perhaps those passing employees were busy, have you checked out the employees in various parts of the store just chatting it up? Hmmm...
When I was looking at the facial cleansers/facial creams a young lady Sikh I believe - just a reference point of the encounter was following me throughout the area. She wasn't doing this to anyone else. I took some time to look at the items because I was unsure of what I want. I then saw her put barricades up around the cosmetics area. I tried to ignore it but I eventually asked her if this is some type of policy. She said it was new and that it started today January 16th 2023. I asked her around 11:40 a.m. Coincidentally, she only put it up after she saw me searching for what I wanted. I shop here regularly and I will check to see if this new "policy" is continued in the days/weeks to come.
Worst Customer Service … Literally coming second time to purchase the product and there is no lid and it could not be find anywhere in the huge store. First when I came to buy the product there was no lid, checked next week again no lid. What’s the point of even keeping the product without lid? Staff is not supportive at all. Always there are products which are usually out of stock or 1 product here and part of product there and not there. Rather go and buy from other walmart stores but not here.
4 stars for staff for managing staff the store but crowd is horrible here. People behave as in they visited the store for the first time in their life.
I called the store tonight at 9:15pm and asked if they had any empty boxes that I could pick up because I’m moving soon. The customer service agent that picked up said that I’d need to wait until 10:30pm and call back and ask to speak to the overnight manager. She said the overnight manager would save the boxes for me and I could arrange to pick them up in the morning. Normally I go to bed early for my early morning shift, but instead, I waited up to call the manager. I called back at 10:35pm only to be told that the overnight manager isn’t in until 11pm. I said that if I call at 11pm, the store will be closed and they won’t answer the call. The lady answering said “oh you’re right, you’ll have to just come in in the morning and see if there are any boxes left”. I explained that I can’t take time off of work to come in for boxes that may or may not be there not to mention that fact that I’d already stayed up waiting for this call, per the store’s previous instructions. At this point, I asked to speak to the current manager on duty because I wanted to have her ask the overnight manager to keep the boxes for me when they switch off shifts. She came to the phone and I explained the situation. She said, “oh we don’t do that, because we recycle the boxes and get money back on them”. I explained that not only do I spend thousands of dollars at Walmart each month I run a basketball residence with 16 boys, and we shop at Walmart 2-3 times a week, every week, but also I waited up for over an hour all to follow the instructions given to me by the original Walmart agent. Given the situation, the least the store could do is provide me with a couple of empty boxes that they’d otherwise be making cents on for recycling. The manager refused to allow me to pick up any boxes and didn’t apologize for the misinformation or overall experience. I myself am a customer support manager at another company, and this lady gets a 1 star for her customer care efforts. Very disappointing experience from a store that we spend some serious money in. I’ll rethink our next shopping trip.
Generally, the service is mediocre to bad and customers usually throw stuff everywhere.....HOWEVER, Bhupinder a floor manager, and Arushi at the photo centre were exemplary in helping me with an issue. Not over the top, not that I want to be treated like anyone special, just polite and respectful, like i try to treat people. The store may not be great, but great people and people who rise above the low level of service nowadays, need to be recognized and complimented. The store in overall gets a generous 2 stars, but those 2 ladies are 5 stars.
Today my Mother and I shopped at the Airport Road & Hwy 7 location. I am normally in and out. Rohan was so cool about any questions I had including Bra's!!! I asked if he worked on the shop floor, he stated he worked everywhere. He was WONDERFUL. He recommended the new food area when I was checking out the roasted chicken. Our Cashier Laquisha was too cool and friendly , patient with the elderly lady ahead of us and helped me out with the $1 off coupons which I never pay attention too! Plus friendly and gentle in nature I liked her attitude a lot. Most cashiers seem unhappy to be there not these two! Great Job.
Vijay was very helpful searching through the kids aisle. He wenr above and beyond to find a scanner to help locate the item. I asked many employees who were very helpful but they have a low supply of scanners it seems since 1 out of the 5 or so employees that passed by had one. Some sale items are not here.
Customer service is terrible. Needed a copy of receipt, went to customer service twice asked to come back on weekday rom 9 am to 3 pm as thats when accounts rep is there to help with duplicate receipts. went there today the rep Tricia was very rude and arrogant. Said she is busy and should come back after New year now, I told her that its my 3rd visit for this and every time I come I get different information. On which she was just plain rude said " what can I do I am not the one who gave you all this info.". The basic concept of talking politely and looking into customer problems has vanished from Walmart customer service. This quarry branch is our primary walmart, we have been buying grocery and so many other things from this branch from last 4 years and once we needed some help from customer service this is the kind of attitude we get as a customer. Walmart standards are just going down. I say they should be ashamed of themselves for doing their jobs so bad and Walmarts standard is just going down every day. THIS IS THE WORST WALMART BRANCH IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Hi this is the disgusting walmart. The staff is not helpful. The girl work over there with the name rajvir someone told me she is the manager. She does not know how to talk with customers. I asked her about bags she said we dont have any large bags in rude manner. Also one guy told me to search for bags by myself. People came here for shopping. If ur staff is not helping why you hired the staff. Disgusting service and egoistic staff. Specially the girl rajvir.
