Bought a gown here for a banquet hall party, and the owner and the seamstress were both very accommodating to what my needs were. They were both extremely patient, and really helped me bring my vision to life! Definitely would recommend this store to anyone looking for a custom made design. The owner of the store is absolutely wonderful and great at forming a positive relationship with customers. She’s good at understanding the customer’s taste, and suggested lehengas accordingly great collection, by the way! The outfits were stunning. You can tell she really values customer satisfaction because she took the time to understand what we were looking for and her focus was always making sure that the bride is happy. She was even willing to negotiate the price in order to make sure I buy the outfit that I love. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends.
I had excellent customer service at this location from Sakshi at the tailors who helped me choose a custom salwar at an excellent price and style that I loved. The staff were so friendly and kind, and took my measurements with lots of care and attention. They also have a great ready-made suit collection. I will always come back here for their service and prices. We finished my suit order in only 30 minutes and it is ready for pickup in only 2 weeks.
Gurukirpa Wholesale has helped me find an Indian outfit less than 1 minute. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and was helped right away. The owners sister was very nice, friendly & knew what I was looking for as she asked me questions of what I want and what Im looking for. She was so generous with making sure I walked out of the store with something I loved, and in which I did. The top of my outfit was a bit tight but they were able to alter it for me in a timely manner for the occasion that I'm attending. If you are looking for a store to purchase an Indian outfit, this is the store! They can work around every size. I'll definitely be shopping here again. Thanks for an amazing service : - Alysha
Lovely customer service and very good collection of Indian wear. Their tailor is great too ..she stitched my suit within 3 days. Sonika is an amazing host and was very helpful.
We came here on my wedding two years ago and again today to buy lehenga for my sisters wedding. Aditi was very patient with us and showed us perfect lehenga’s that we were looking for within our budget. She understood the plenty requirements that come with women’s clothing. Compared to the whole plaza she had the most beautiful and reasonable priced options. Would definitely recommend and will be back here for any event in the future.
my sister and i bought a few suits, gowns, one lehenga, and one gharara, and everything was amazing! the quality of the material/clothing is fantastic, and everything looks so elegant and fancy! i do have to give a major shoutout to Bikram, Sonika, and Harpreet; i was having issues with the belt placement and length of my gown, and they went over the top just to ensure that it turned out the way i envisioned it, despite so many changes and adjustments having to be made! the amount of time and effort put into the gown is beyond words, and i can happily say that it is absolutely beautiful, 100/10! thank you so much once again! :
i absolutely love Gurukirpa! i’m a very picky person and have a certain style when it comes to salwar suits and gowns, but even then, Sonika, Sakshi, and Kiran were able to figure out what i liked and pulled out the most beautiful designs! we bought so many different outfits, and it was all worth it! the tailors Jas, Davinder, Bubbly, Aman, Harpreet, and aunty ji did such an amazing job, we are so incredibly happy with their service, we will certainly be coming back!
My sister Alysha got her Indian outfit from here and recommended this place for my mom. We went into today and got so much help. My mom walked away with a gorgeous outfit and for such a decent price! While looking around their store they have a lot of outfits to choose from : I will be coming back personally to get outfits from here for any future special occasions.
It was an amazing experience shopping with Neha as she is very good in her customer service. Neha is very polite and co-operative. She is very hardworking and seems like that she enjoys her work.I got the kurta I was looking for. They have good collections for all occasions.
