Horrible horrible horrible. service was fine, but when they told us it'll take 4-6 weeks to arrive, NEVER HAPPENED, 3 months later of ordering, still have not arrived. We cancelled and will never go back to BrandSource. At least we got our money back and we will take our money elsewhere.

never ever go there.... we went there looking for a sofa and everything went well so we purchased it before looking at the reviews of the store and the brands they carry....we looked online at the reveiws of the furniture to find out that its crap....... so we go back to get a refund and they take 30% restocking fee which is written on their receipt.... but heres th funny part.... the lady at the cash was taking the 30% from the subtotal and didnt give me the taxes back..... it was until my man went in and had to get upset.... she kept on saying that it was part of the 30%.... so if u get a refund make sure they give u back the taxes you paid on it..... don't go there.... total rip off!!!!!!!!
