Boswell Brasserie Artisanale

Came on a thursday night with some friends, we were seated quickly we had a reservation and served promptly. The two dark beers that I had were delicious. We started out with the fried cheese curds which came with excellent dipping sauces, then i had the house veggie burger. It was good but a little dry for me so i used leftover sauce from the cheese curds on the burger to spice it up, yum!

Went to this place twice in four days because everything is so good. Classic beer. The mussels and fries are outstanding, and the staff know their stuff. Cool, relaxed fun at a decent price awaits.

Great food and the brewery’s offerings are exemplary.nI tried their burger and fries, and although a little small, the burger was packed with flavour of charred meat and black pepper which paired perfectly with their Strong American Ale.nI also tried a triple Boswell IPA that, although strong, was well balanced and smooth.nThe seating, lighting, music and service were all perfect and very welcoming to people who would like to get off their feet for the evening and hang out with some friends.

Tasty food and beernExcellent servicen10/10nUpdate: I’ve been to this place more than 4 times now, the staff is really amazing, very welcoming and friendly! The salmon tartare is my favorite and maybe the best I had. On weekends the vibes are super cool and would definitely visit again.

This was by far the best meal we had during a week in Montreal. The salmon tartare was to die for. We also had the fried chicken which was juicy and perfectly seasoned. The place was sort of a ghost town at lunch, but we didn’t mind one bit. Can’t wait to come back.
