Boston Pizza

I’ve been to this location many times and usually have horrible service. Today was awesome though, our server was a young bearded guy and he was very attentive and polite. Our family enjoyed ourselves and everything was delicious. Big step up from usually just getting straight ignored here!

I wish I could give them no stars. I ordered a spicy Perogy pizza a week ago and hot bites. No sour cream for the pizza. No ranch for the chicken bites. I then tried again tonight .... the lady said 15 minutes .... got there. ..... the guy looked stunned and confused. He told me to wait a minute or two. A lady came up to me confused then took my order ? I told her about my last experience and she said she would do half price. Are you kidding me !? I don't have time to wait for your goof up and then you want my money ? Your management is trash and your workers are incompetent. Sorry to be blunt. 0/5

Been there twice and believe it or not the pizza was terrible. Had the Royal and all the veggies were cold and raw. Had to send it back. The first time was bad too. Never going back. We believe it is just probably that one franchise. The one in White Rock BC. Been to others and they were good.

Erik the delivery guy was super nice. He tried to find a way to save us money. Though it didn't work out, i still appreciate it.

I generally love going to Boston Pizza but the service at this location was really bad. We waited 20 mins for a server. Rest of the staff ignored us.
