Disagree completely with someone else's 2-star review. I recommend trying the pork belly combo. The bao has a generously thick slice of pork that is spiced nicely and a soft fluffy bun. The dish also comes with popcorn chicken that I can never finish and have to take home for later, so I think it's a good deal. Parking: Under and above ground.
Very good food experience! The spicy chicken combo and spicy stinky tofu pot are so delicious! My family ate it three days a week. The mango pudding is also very tasty! Recommended!! By the way their Pork Belly Gua bao is also a must try!
Since the place has the word 'bao' in its name, I thought getting bao was a good idea, but they also have a few other dishes on the menu. So I went with a Pork belly bao and popcorn chicken combo. At first sight, I was disappointed with the popcorn chicken as it looked pretty dry, but thankfully I was wrong, and it turned out to be great. Bao had a pretty impressive pork belly slice and tasted absolutely delicious. As for the food court food, this place exceeded my expectations.
Just like many of the other restaurants in the Brentwood Mall food court, this too is a disappointment! I ordered the deep fried chicken combo with an Iced tea and side of pop corn chicken. The deep fried chicken was basically just deep fried batter. The side of vegetables that comes with it looked like two small sad pieces of broccoli with a tiny splat of dressing. The only part of this dish that I enjoyed was the fried rice which had a lot of flavor. Don't bother trying the Iced tea unless you enjoy drinking what tastes like water poured in an older tea cup. It did not taste like Iced tea. It didn't even come with ice lol. Save your money and go somewhere else!
Delicious and fast! Portion was generous. Popcorn with rice and their fish bao was a hit with my kids. Was not a fan of their house ice tea though.
Seriously can't be worse!!! I found this the only store without long line up so ordered a bowl of wonton noodle soup, thought it would be fast. The cashier guy didn't get simple words as "well done" "cook soft". Then it took them 15 minutes for the order in which the veggies weren't washed???!!! It was 3 times dustier than in the picture I couldn't believe my eyes and wiped to see if it's real It didn't stop there, they gave me a refund but in cash saying they can't refund to my card???
food was delicious !! I got the popcorn chicken made spicy with the chow mein and i loved it! i get really nervous to try a new restaurant because i worry about not liking it but the cashier was really nice and helpful when i was trying to decide on what to get! definitely coming back again
I got the Pork Belly Bao combo that comes with popcorn chicken for 16.75 after tax. The bao was pretty tasty and popcorn chicken was standard. Came with a drink that I did not want but I had to take it anyways. As a Taiwanese person, I really like seeing places sell Baos but the side options are kind of disappointing. I’m not a big fan of popcorn chicken because I’ve had it so much and I wish there was an option for 2 Bao combo. I also don’t know if I’d pay $20 for 2 Baos.
Came here couple times. Good package for take out. Service was fast and food was so yummy. Best popcorn chicken I lately had. Fish Bao also very delicious. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Had their shrimp fried rice with masago smelt/capelin roe combo. Pricey but good. Small cup of iced milk tea on the side is pricey if you are not buying it with your meal order.
