Finally a proper bubble tea in Sofia! Great drinks, awesome service and very clean space, with toilet inside. The price is higher, but I think it's expected as all of their ingredients comes from Taiwan. Highly recommend!
Best boba shop in the city so far. They have real milk tea. I love that you can customize the sweetness and ice level. They have a variety of drinks. I tried the QQ passion fruit drink, which was very good. It's definitely a go-to place. And it's located at NDK which is convenient.Food: 5/5
Chatime is a very cool experience in terms of being able to customise your drink as much as possible. There's levels you could choose for the sweetness and the amount of ice. I have tried a few different drinks and they were all fine, some were way better than the rest! I do think that the boba could a bit too hard at times. Also, it seems that they run out of boba fast so you might not be able to get your hands on a drink with boba late in the day.
I went thwre with my friends today. The staff greeted us very warmly and 2 min before closing they made us boba. Im extremly satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the drinks!
Finally, a real bubble milk tea place, and it's from my home town. . The staffs are polite and professional. Good job
Great drinks and good service. However the management have to make better work schedule or to hire more employees. We waited more than 10 min for 2 drinks, because the girl behind the counter was alone and couldn’t handle all the customers. The place looks clean but unfortunately it smells unpleasant. Maybe the management have to think about better ventilation as well.
I’m glad Chatime is an international brand. Because when I’m craving milk tea I want to drink the real deal. I always get disappointed with the fake bubble tea that other places sell. At least, Chatime sell real tea, and not syrup like others.
While the drink is acceptable, the service and crowd control are the problems. Staff employees were conversing with a group of kids and teenagers while taking orders, mixing drinks, and serving clients in line. Groups of young teenagers frequently enter this store, which is not a kindergarten or secondary school, and cause a lot of chaos. Eventually, some of them accidentally stole my drink, which required me to wait for 30 minutes while the staff made a new one. People were waiting for a simple beverage, but no management was in sight to keep things under control anh this was not the first time
Very rich taste of the tea itself, but the coconut 'bubbles' were strangly tasteless. Overall not bad at all.
The staff were super desoriented and they couldn’t answer even one of our questions regarding their menu. We explicitly asked for a non cold drink the stated it isn’t cold but we got a drink with ice in it. Also we asked if one of the drinks is sweet and we got a positive answer - of course, shockingly it was nothing but sweet! Customer experience was 0!
