Wouldn't cash a government cheque that was issued by them! Sent me to the cheque cashing place like they were too good for anyone. I find this attitude a lot at banks. The reason they're getting 3 stars is for the super nice out front employees I spoke with as they were delightful. They're not responsible for the banks silly rules.
The ATMs function for deposits and withdrawals. Not sure of tellers, lines of at least five people at a time are usual.
Who stops giving out change after 4pm? I needed coin rolls for my small business and was denied because it was after 4pm. They close at 5pm. Thought I had a whole hour of time, I work most of the day and don't have the time to leave early all the time. Now I have to try to find another bank that will do that for me that's not BMO cause I was told they're all the same. This doesn't make any sense to me if the location is open until 5.
I recently had an appointment with a financial advisor at this branch. She was super friendly, didnt rush through anything, answered all my questions and was very helpful. I will definitely be back to see Lacey again! Any concerns regard hours only. Wish there were evening hours available!
Way better branch than the others in HRM. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
Awesome bank for all your banking needs
With newly restricted hours this branch is basically useless if you have a job.
