They operate extended hours. Staff very helpful. Bank always offers great products and keep upgrading you to the new ones. very much satisfied.

Typically had good experience, but just got off the phone with one staff member who was particularly unkind and rude, very disappointed in this service... likely will not return to the branch as I would not want to deal with that level of rudeness again. Unsure of name, but think it may have also been Brenda.

Jimmy Zhou is my representatives, really a nice guys with very professional knowledge and good manners. I live in Bedford and every time I prefer come to this branch to find Jimmy. Good service here!
