Reviews

Good front-end service but if you want to get credit card they "account managers" what they offer on the web. If you want credit card order it online do not even bother to talk with the folks at the back office.

I found the customer service desk staff to be very friendly. The tellers are hit or miss. Otherwise I've always enjoyed banking with RBC, though admittedly the big 5 banks are all quite similar.

I was waiting in line and when it should be my turn, the clerk ignored me and smiled at a white girl who came later than me and waited in another line, "how may I help you?" That made me disgusted. I hope it wasn't because I'm Asian.
