My Husband and I had a wonderful experiance working with Jillian Mosher at BMO to refinance and transfer our mortgage to BMO. Jillian was knowledgeable, professionable, and understanding of our needs. We will definitely be recommending her to others in the future.
When I went into the bank for a basic pin change, I had no idea that I would be leaving absolutely humiliated with the entire bank knowing my balances and other extremely private and sensitive information. With over 40 years experience at BMO, the teller, Kathy, maliciously conducted herself in a way that even the branch manager could not come up any excuses for on why she behaved the way she did. With this breach in privacy, all the bank manager was willing to do was to recommend the teller with 40 years experience in the banking industry some tips for future customers. Someone with decades in the industry very well knew their conduct was not standard practice. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid BMO and especially this branch if you value even an ounce of your privacy.
Atm is here. There is no drive thru. It is a full service bank with regular banking hours. As you would expect the staff is friendly and professional.
Extremely high bank fees on everything and randomly “upgraded” my account to one with high fees without ever notifying me. They back date the fees in your transactions so you never notice them. Completely ridiculous and unethical! Stay away from bmo in general and this location is no help ever with my issues
Sat with Jill a few weeks ago who looked for options for my current account. She goes above and beyond! Thankful for a helpful staff out front too. Very welcoming bunch.
Amazing. Every staff member was friendly and cheerful. What took two and half months at another institution and still wasn't done, took only 30 minutes here. Will be moving all of our investments here. Highly recommend.
