I've dealt with CUA for many years, along with three of the major banks, and have found CUA to be far superior to the banks in terms of customer service and accessibility for example, if you call CUA, you are quickly transferred to someone who actually works at your branch. If there is a problem, staff are conscientious, pleasant and accommodating. I'd highly recommend this branch.
Professional experience every time!
Poor customer service. I do not reccomend this "bank"
