Adding a review because this place has been around forever and I wonder if people sometimes forget it's there. I've been going here & there lately at quiet times such as lunch/brunch hours. The service sometimes seems a bit slow then, which is in part the kitchen, some may find it relaxed. The food is still delicious, love the brisket, cheese grits, rice/beans, gumbo! Long ago now I feel like the cornbread had pieces of corn and/or jalepeno in it, need to bring that back. I know it's been years but I still mourn the loss of beef ribs from that menu! Anyhow, still good, still recommended.

After a 2hr ride to get to Black Eyed Sally's and smoking a nice cigar along the way... Black Eyed Sally's ROCKS! The waitresses were very nice all night long. The food was fabulous, i had the Outmeal crusted Catfish. WOW. Ewe had a table set right up front, center stage. One of the best BLUES bands, Nick Moss Band featuring Dennis Gruenling performed. Talk about mixing it up and laying it all out there. These guys are not to be missed If you have the chance go see Nick Moss Band. And absolutely go to Black Eyed Sally's... You can thank me later. We had a great time.

I recently went to this venue to celebrate the birthdays of my sister and brother-in-law. The experience was pretty terrible. The waitress, who was slow, forgetful, and would disappear for periods of up to 40 minutes at a time, told us right off the bat when we arrived that they were completely unable to serve burgers. So, with about 30% of the menu unavailable, a number of us ordered brisket-- Black-Eyed Sally's supposedly specializes in southern BBQ, after all. Well guess what-- no brisket either. The only reason I gave an extra star is because the music was very good. But lots of other bars have good music...

Love the Jazz on Tuesdays at 8pm. The food is amazing too. We have had everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Fried tomatoes are the best

My first time eating there today and the food was on point (Very Delicious). Service was good and the food didn't take long neither. Most definitely will be going back for more😊🍴
